Charming wooden house decorated with care for 6 people, with a total surface area of about 85m², facing east/west. First floor of 70m² with 2 separate bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds), a bathroom and a large kitchen opening onto a terrace of 25m² without vis-à-vis equipped with table, barbecue, deckchairs and outdoor shower, ideal when returning from the beach.
Upstairs a mezzanine of about 15m², ideal for children, air-conditioned and equipped with a trundle bed for 2 people.

Condominium with secure access (badge, code) composed of wooden houses by the sea. Parking space provided on the plot and the beach of La Chambrette at 30m walk with no road to cross, with sailing club, children's club and 2 restaurants.

The ideal is to do everything by bike, for the shops of the Verdon nearby (Leclerc and bakery in the center), to eat oysters and prawns at the Gam'guette chez Bertet, to go to the restaurants of Port Médoc, to the ocean, or to go to Soulac sur mer by the ma-gni-fi-que cycle path (and go buy sourdough bread and natural wines from the Montreal-sur-mer shop in Soulac).PGJyPg
What we like there is to be by the fine sandy beach, with a safe and nice swimming and navigation pool, or to choose the waves of the ocean 15 minutes away by bike.
