Wonderful family vacation

My son, daughter in law, husband, and four grandchildren stayed at Rudy's place for 4 nights. Rudy was very easy to work with and the house had everything anyone might need for a comfortable stay. It was convenient to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. Rudy left a binder with many suggestions about restaurants and things to do. The grandchildren didn't want to leave.

We were in town for a tournament and this house was perfect. The owners were fantastic, it was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend.

We had a wonderful family getaway at Rudy's charming beach house! The space was surprisingly roomy, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It was spotless on arrival — you can tell it’s well cared for.The location is ideal for a peaceful beach retreat, and the off-street parking was a huge plus — no stress over finding a spot after a long day. Communication with Rudy was prompt and helpful from the start, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any family looking for a relaxing, comfortable beach escape!Jill & family

Great Ventnor Beach location

Very comfortable, well equipped house with outdoor deck that gets sun and shade throughout the day. Lovely block with very friendly neighbors - a great place to relax and enjoy a beautiful beach location.

Spring break getaway

So lucky to find this quaint little gem for a last minute beach getaway! Quiet, friendly neighborhood and the perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and morning coffee! Tons of indoor space and all the amenities for 2 teens and our pup! The owners made it very easy to settle in and relax, and hard to leave! ;)

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rudy’s beach house was fantastic! Perfect location. The beach was wonderful and the house is located within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The house is so well appointed and immaculate with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the space for everyone and having 3 bathrooms with showers was a game changer for us! Thank you, Rudy, for being an amazing host - we will definitely be back!

Girls weekend

Loved our stay at Rudy’s place. Plenty of room for all the girls to have their own space/get ready without being on top of each other. The house was clean and the town was beautiful, close enough to ac without being smother by the chaos in the city: Can’t wait to come back

USA triathlon Sprint Nationals Ventnor city 2024

Rudy did a great job- giving insight on local cuisine and spots to check out during our time spent at the beach! Loved our time spent in Ventnor city. The house was in close proximity to great restaurants and cafes. Of course a 5-6 min walk from the beach was the cherry on top. 5/5 reviews all around- would definitely return to the same spot down the road. Thanks again!!

Great long weekend get away spot!

House was extremely clean! The owners are amazing and attentive to work with ! The pictures on this site do NOT give this house justice! The house was more beautiful in person! Definitely a perfect shore house! About a 10 min walk to the beach which was a plus ! Highly recommend this home !

Rudy was an excellent host. He was communicative but never invasive. When the coffee maker broke during our stay, he had another new one delivered the next day.

Great Beach Vacation!

Our family of 7 (and our Border-Lab mix puppy) had an amazing time at this lovely house. Plenty of room for everyone, great wifi, and beach chairs and tags for 5. The house was immaculate and the beds and furnishings comfortable. Just a short , 8 minute walk to the beach with great restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies nearby. Rudy is a terrific host. Very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to return if we can!

Great property in a beautifull city

We have discovered a great location to have family and friends vacation. Property is well located, 5 minutes walking distance from beach. The house as plenty of space and was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 4 childrens). The 3 bathrooms with showers were really convenient. House was clean and well equiped. Neighbourhood was safe and local restaurants/cafe were great. Beach and boardwalk were beautifull. Lifeguards on the Ventnor beach were really great, we felt safe with our kids. We recomend this property for great and safe family vacation.

Charming shore home, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. It was very clean and located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and shops. It is a classic shore house with 4 bedrooms. The host was very easy to work with and left many extra helpful items there for us to use. (Beach chairs & umbrellas, paper goods, laundry soap, shampoos and soaps, a few helpful pantry items such as olive oil, tea and coffee). The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items like large pots, electric tea kettle, and plenty of silverware. The house has a deck on the front of the house shaded by a large tree and a more private deck off the second floor that gets great sun. We especially liked that the home was welcoming to our 2 dogs. (The cleaning fee was $50 more with the dogs, my dogs don’t shed but many do so I thought that was fair). Rudy, the host, was very nice to work with. She left a book with clear instructions, helpful local suggestions and I liked that she texted me during the week to check if things were going well. Also want to mention the space for parking 2 cars… very important for Ventnor in the summer. I would highly recommend this house if you want a good place for a family trip to the shore that is relaxed and convenient.

A lot of family fun,

We were a family of 5, all ages. We found the place to be very clean, quaint and enjoyed everyday of our visit. The kids were comfortable, the adults were comfortable. There are wonderful restaurants close by and the beach was close enough to spend lots of time introducing my grandchildren to their first beach/ ocean experience. Our host was extremely accommodating!

Nice, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, and owner includes plenty of beach tags. The house was well stocked with necessities including hooks and closets which so many houses don't have!

Last Minute Get a Way

Our plans changed and we decided to book a last minute beach getaway. The issue was finding a place that would not only take the children but the fur babies too. Thank god we found Rudys place! The kids and the dogs had a blast!
