Come and recharge your batteries in our family home for a unique stay on the edge of the forest in the heart of the Arcachon basin. 10 minutes by bike from the beach of La Hume, this house is a real haven of peace and nature.

You will be won over by this fully air-conditioned NON-SMOKING house of 220 M2 on a plot of 1200m2 totally fenced and secure. Its direct access from the garden to the forest and the cycle path gives it an exceptional setting.

Whether you want to explore the majestic dunes of Pyla (8km), taste fresh oysters in the picturesque oyster villages (2km) or simply recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, our villa is the perfect starting point for your adventure on the Bay of Arcachon.

Quiet residential area (cul-de-sac). Priority to families with children. No rental for parties or festive events. No pets. We are very attached to this house which allows us to live great moments with our children and grandchildren and wanted to keep it as warm as possible for our guests. We want to establish real contact before your reservation in order to be sure to be able to meet your expectations and reserve it for families as a priority.

- To spend the day in Cap Ferret, a 20-minute boat crossing from Arcachon. (Indicative price: €16 return per adult and €12 from 3 to 12 years old)

The house consists of a large wooden terrace of 150m2 partly sheltered facing south facing the forest with all the garden furniture (table, deckchairs and armchairs), the barbecue grill / plancha, a 9x3.5m salt swimming pool, heated (from Easter to All Saints' Day) with an electric shutter. The solar shower completes the set.

The house offers 8 beds + 1 baby bed (- 2 years old), divided into 4 bedrooms on 2 levels. A living room of 80m2, a fully equipped kitchen and a pantry.

- The ground floor offers 1 bedroom with a view of the terrace from the entrance of the house, 1 shower/Hammam with washing machine and dryer and 1 separate toilet.

- The ground floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower + 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet, all 3 have a view of the forest without any vis-à-vis

- The price includes cleaning and linen supply: sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, small and large towel, tea towel and bath mat except for pool towels.

DURING YOUR STAY, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE ROLLER SHUTTER OF THE POOL.

- A certificate of holiday insurance will be requested before your arrival.
- Concierge available 7 days a week. Pets & Festive events not allowed
- Breakfast available to order the day before before noon (48€ for a pack of 4/person)
