Everything went great and so smooth! The place was super cute and we had no problems with it for the duration of our stay. Communication with the host was super easy, they were very nice and helpful the entire time! Would stay there again!!

Wonderful Stay!

Great stay! Great communication with owners. We were able to check in early and the location is great!! Perfect space for 4 of us!! Loved the convenience of being to do laundry as well! Would stay here again.

Excellent stay for price and location

Stayed here with two friends and we had a great time. Check-in was really simple and the two parking spots provided are an addition bonus because finding street parking can be a little difficult. The price for this location is really good, the apartment was very spacious for three people, and this rental really added to our experience staying here in San Diego. Awesome stay!

Beach Birthday

I recommend this property for adults not anyone with young children. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Would not plan on utilizing the kitchen, which did not have a dishwasher.

Left Much to be Desired

Unit was clean and roomy. However, if you plan to stay there and cook anything, bring kitchenware--they had very minimal and pretty useless stuff. Two lights were out in the kitchen which host never repaired. No hot water from bathroom sink nor kitchen sink. One bedroom had a loud running fan noise THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE that seemed to come from unit below or from attic area. Very hard to sleep with that continuous noise. Communication with host was okay until we asked for help with fan noise, then they didn't reply until our final day there. Lights in kitchen were never fixed. Won't be staying here again.

Simple Easy Place to Crash

We needed a place to just crash for a few nights after helping family move nearby. It was low-frill, clean, and great location to PB. Host had excellent directions for check in, and set expectations well.

You get what you pay for.

We arrived early evening Thursday before Christmas just to drop our luggage off before we had to be somewhere, so didn't really look at the place until later that evening. We did notice the smoke detector was beeping, but stopped when we hit the reset button. There was a very strong odor of room deodorizer. The kitchen sink was very dirty (not stained) and the spray hose on the facet didn't work and was stuck on. My husband got wet. There was mildew in the shower. That night, the CO detector went off at about 2:30 and again stopped when the reset button was pushed. My husband called the property manager, and he did arrange to have someone come in and clean on Friday, Christmas Eve, which we appreciated. He was supposed to have fixed the CO monitor, but again, it went off at about 2:30. My Husband finally took the battery out. The property manager was responsive the one time we called him, but we shouldn't have had to call.

This property is in a great location…7 blocks from the beach. Skate there or walk…also easy to drive to the beach quickly. The overall apartment was clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom is clean and functiona. Kitchen and bathroom need remodel to feel more fresh. Location makes up for it for sure!

Get what you pay for - except here

Pros: Location, parking. Cons: No hot water - texted owner; they said try running water 5-10 minutes, that might work (it didn't). Dirty unit - cobwebs, unvacuumed, gross bathroom, grimy kitchen, stained furniture; fans caked with dirt. Stench - smell of bug spray bad. Check in: Owner agreed to 3:00 p.m. check in in writing, then rescinded with no notice. TV didn't work - required downloading an app to my mobile (Really?) Ice maker on fridge broken. Disposal broken. "Sleep Number" mattress broken, etc., etc. Signs in every room warning about fees and penalties. $6 for a "stained" washcloth? The kicker: this is supposed to be a "Select Stay."
