Just 200m from the beach, this pleasant two-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of the typical Faubourg neighborhood, welcomes you in a secure, private, quiet, and beautifully wooded residence with parking available.

Sleeping up to four people, this apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a living/dining room opening onto a balcony where you can enjoy the summer warmth, and a bathroom with a washing machine and separate toilet. Bed dimensions:
1 double bed (140x200 cm)
1 trundle bed (90x190 cm)

Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included.

Joli appartement très bien placé

L'appartement est spacieux et joliment décoré. Il est très bien situé, dans une résidence calme avec parking, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Un effort est nécessaire sur la qualité de la literie (matelas et oreillers) pour rendre le séjour confortable.
