Three large bedrooms include their own bathroom, while the fourth bedroom is a private room in the newly finished (for 2022) lower level adjacent to a new full bathroom. Enjoy two spacious primary bedroom suites, one on each floor, both with king-size beds. The first floor primary bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, new hardwood floors (2024) and renovated bathroom with new walk-in shower (2024). The third bedroom, which includes a peek of the ocean, consists of two huge rooms (18 x 14 and 15 x 13) with two sets of twin beds. The fourth bedroom is a private room in the newly finished (2022) lower level adjacent to the new game room with walk-out access to the pool. Enjoy ping pong in the basement or watch the 65" tv! There is a new pull out couch in the basement game room that sleeps 2 (only sleeping room not private) allowing for a total of 12 guests. The main level open floor plan includes both gas and wood burning fireplaces. The updated kitchen offers natural gas for cooking, granite counter tops, a built-in microwave, and an island. Kitchen is well stocked with every cooking tool or utensil you will need - ideal for guests who like to cook. The kitchen leads into a large living room with plenty of space to unwind.
