Excellent site close to the beach. It has all equipment needed. The tv was kind of complicated. The house is old and might need some repair here and there, but very charming and lot of space. Can be recommended.

An attractive, well located original style La Baule house. The fact that linen was not provided was difficult as we were all from countries other than France. As the rent was quite high, having to hire linen seemed an imposition. The Hoomy welcome pack of 1 dishwasher tablet and a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid was rather stingy. These may be cultural issues, but the lack of linen and cleaning products was an issue for us. In addition there was no toilet paper, soap, bath mats, nor a door mat to protect the floors. There is a limit to what one can provide for a large house. Our main problem was a plumbing leak from the upstairs showers. This breached the dining room ceiling underneath, making the dining room unuseable - electric wires were adjacent to the extensive water damage. A plumber came, but no remedial action was taken. Hence two showers were unuseable. Two chairs also collapsed when sat on, very dangerous.Although Hoomy were imformed in writing of issues during our stay, there was no remedial response to our requests. A total lack of service.
