507 Tarpon Pond:

You will love everything about this Beautifully renovated vacation cottage nestled amongst the natural beauty of Seabrook Island with views of the 7th fairway of Ocean Winds Golf Course! A welcoming low country front porch invites you to come in, relax in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy every minute of your beach vacation. The location is perfect for taking full advantage of all the available amenities that make Seabrook so ideal.

You'll be greeted by an open floor plan perfect for gathering friends and family. The kitchen is updated and well equipped with granite counter tops & stainless appliances Just off the kitchen is the dining area with table seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area is the family room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Comfortable seating is arranged to take advantage of the 65" Smart TV. Just beyond the family room is the 4 season sun room with spectacular golf course views. This wonderful room is air conditioned and filled with natural light. Enjoy a snack at the glass top table with seating for 4 or just relaxing in the conversation seating area.

The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, 60" smart tv, with en suite bath equipped with single vanity, walk in shower and hair dryer. On the opposite side of the cottage are the two guest bedrooms - each with a queen bed with a full hall access bath between them. This bath has been newly renovated with a walk in shower. A stacked washer/dryer is also available for your convenience.

Upstairs is the loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. Please note that this bedroom is open to the family room area below.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
