It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom on the ground floor and a lovely sleeping and relaxation area upstairs, with single beds and a sleeping area with a bed for 2 people. Downstairs, there is a shower room and separate WC, a large south-west-facing balcony terrace, and a 300 m² garden with a lovely shaded terrace equipped with a table and benches for those warm summer days.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, raclette grill and fondue machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

First floor
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds
- A study area

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bath, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A lovely 300 m² private enclosed garden surrounds the chalet.
- In summer, a shaded terrace under large pine trees is available.

Communal areas
- A shared heated indoor swimming pool, open from April 2026 to 4 January 2027. (Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence).

The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, a 10-minute walk from the centre, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, there is free parking at the bottom of the chalets.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux 1.5 km away (about 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Geneva 63 km (about 1 hour by car)

Other comments
- The chalet is located on a hill, so access may be difficult with heavy loads.
- A small Bluetooth speaker is available in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Please contact us to book linen as soon as your booking has been confirmed. It is forbidden to sleep on the mattresses.
- The staircase in the chalet is quite steep; a safety barrier is installed at the top of the staircase.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Completely non-smoking accommodation
- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All children are under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
