This house located in a quiet location is ideal for a family vacation.

At the back, a beautiful secluded space with a beautiful sunny swimming pool offers you unforgettable moments under the pines of L'Escala.

Inside with all modern comforts, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room where you can take your meals, as well as a large living room, equipped with a television and free and unlimited WiFi.

A very small hallway leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed.

In the middle is a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

At the front, a small terrace invites you to linger in the shade.

There is street parking in front of the house.

L’Escala is a small fishing village south of the Gulf of Rosas. The coast is heavenly with a mix of fine sandy beaches, rocks, pine trees... and crystal clear waters, offering a breathtaking spectacle.
The region is rich in activities, whether sporting or cultural.
Nearby you can visit beautiful cities like Barcelona or Girona.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided for your stay (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
On the day of your arrival, I will welcome you personally and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the important information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
During your entire vacation, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for all information and problems.
