A private, Charming 1 bed 1 bath Condo with a full kitchen, heated pool, and spectacular views of the Sunset right from your patio overlooking the Sailboats on Boot Key Harbor. It’s breathtaking, peaceful and private. Beautiful Sombrero Beach is just 2 miles East and easy to get to by Bicycle.
Wake up every morning with the sight of anchored sailboats in the near distance. Feel the ocean breeze as you have your morning coffee. Have a leisure drive
to work, the pace is relaxed as we are in keys standard time. After work, Publix a premier grocery store, is conveniently placed on your way back home for those last minute grocery items. Once arrived , have a glass of wine by the pool as you watch the sun set in the horizon. A late night dip? Sure, our pool leads to a refreshing way to end the day.
Our pool and sun deck area has been newly rebuilt, be the first to enjoy it.
Conveniently located less than a mile from Publix grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy, gas stations, great restaurants, a gym, lots of places to shop, and only 45 minutes to Gorgeous Key West.
If you have a boat we have a spot for you at our dock. We can accommodate a craft up to thirty feet.
