Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place the green bag with recyclables (glass, paper, cardboard, etc.) in the beach buggy in the shed and leave any returnables (the ones w/ the 5 cent ME Deposit) in the entryway coat closet.
To save energy, please turn off all air conditioners. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must abide by all Ocean Park Meadows Association rules and regulations. In addition, quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Ocean Park Meadows is a wonderful place to stay and this condo was even better than advertised! Highlights include: a large great room that has lots of windows and a ceiling fan; a deck that wraps around two sides of the condo with several options for seating; a sky light window that opens in the master bedroom; two FULL bathrooms; a kitchen filled with all the essentials and more. Additionally, the owners provided everything you need for fun-filled days at the beach: a beach buggy, cooler, chairs, and towels! The owner is friendly, responsive, and helpful. My mother-in-law left a bag and he made sure that we got the bag in a timely manner. My husband and I hope to rent here again! We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Park! Oh, and I forgot to mention the pool is a bonus and the location is nestled between the charming center of Ocean Park and the upbeat atmosphere Old Orchard. Thanks, Jeff for a wonderful stay!
