RELAX in this beautiful two-story, single family home located on the Ocean Front in South Mission Beach; patio gate opens onto the sand. Enjoy sensational views from the custom redwood deck of Surf & Sunsets, Mission Bay Channel, Ocean Beach Pier & Beach Volley Ball Courts without leaving your chair. This two-story home is fully equipped for comfortable living & includes central heating & air conditioning..

The living areas are beautifully furnished. The upper level has a Great Room with 42' flat screen smart TV, a wall of windows opening onto a deck with outdoor eating area; fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with adjoining master bath. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and four twin-size (2 bunk) beds and share a full-sized bath.

The ground floor level has a large family room with queen sofa/sleeper, full size pool table and wet bar, opening onto an enclosed, palm tree-shaded brick patio. The patio gate opens directly onto the sand! There is a bathroom, shower and washer/dryer on this level as well. Park 5 cars on site: 2 garage spaces & 3 driveway spaces!

If you have time we appreciate your putting beach towels in the washer and starting wash.
Return any beach chairs/toys to the garage.
Leave keys & garage door openers on counter of wet bar.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No alcoholic beverage consumption by a minor permitted; violation will result in immediate forfeiture of the accommodation, total rent and deposit.
If traveling with a pet, please provide breed, weight and age with your initial inquiry.
