This south Mission beach house is one house from the ocean in beautiful South Mission Beach with Ocean Views from all rooms. Steps to the boardwalk and sand this is a 1650 ft.² 3BD/3 ½ bath vacation home. Encompassing the 2nd and third floors, you'll get ocean views from every room and Sunset views from the patio deck! This home has a total of 3 KING BEDS and 1 Queen sofa sleeper.
As you enter the home on the main level there is living area with a queen sofa sleeper, a flat screen smart tv. To the left is the first bedroom with a King bed, en suite full bath with tub/shower combo, flat screen smart TV, walk-in closet and access to an ocean view deck. To the right is the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, an en suite bath with tub shower combo, a flat screen smart TV, and access to a ocean and sunset view deck. There is also a full size stack LG washer/dryer right before you head up the stairs to the main living area in a closing closet.

The main living area features an open floor plan that is light, bright and airy with views, views, and views. To the left is a 3rd bedroom with King bed full en suite bathroom with separate shower and vanity area, separate toilet area, walk-in closet, ocean view and smart tv. . There is a dining table for 8, and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A 1/2 Bath is also located upstairs off of the kitchen.

Off the main living area is a view deck. The north deck has beach and ocean views all the way up the coast to La Jolla! Relax on the outdoor sofa and chairs and enjoy the BBQ and outdoor fireplace!
This Mission Beach Vacation Home has a 2 car garage and can fit up to two vehicles and an additional parking spot for car/truck in front of the 2 car garage. There are beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, beach toys located in the garage. An enclosed outdoor private shower is located at the bottom of the stairway to rinse off the sand before going upstairs.

The famous Mission Beach boardwalk is just steps away. Belmont Park is less than 1/2 mile, and there are restaurants, pubs, and markets within close walking distance.

PLEASE NOTE: This home encompasses the top two levels with a neighbor below and noise carries. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this beach house.

The location was outstanding. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach and all the restaurants near by. The house was nice and we really liked that all bedrooms had king sized beds with thier own bathroom.

There were 5 adults, and our time there was memorable, wish we could have stayed longer. We rode the bikes, walked the beach and sat out on the deck, read and even took a cat nap! Perfect vacation

While the weather didn’t cooperate, the property allowed our family (including 3 couples in their 20s and 2 grandsons under 2) to hang in the living/kitchen area during periods of rain and access beach or boardwalk on a short 2 minute walk. Same walk to coffee or market! Parked 2 rental cars inside garage, making it safe and simple to leave strollers etc. without worry!

This property was so beautiful! I read a previous review that said the home was 87 steps from the beach and they were not wrong! We enjoyed the bikes, the boogie board and the fire pit all while enjoying a lovey house with such amazing views. The host communicated everything perfectly and we would stay again in a heartbeat. It was just such a great property our entire group kept raving about it.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to Belmont Park. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the location and all of the beach toys. The house was furnished well and the beds were very comfortable. However there are a few items that need updated. The downstairs bathrooms are not in the best shape with pain peeling and black around the mirrors and the downstairs deck is peaking and cracked. We also could n it get the fire pit on the upstairs deck to work. Multiple lights were out around the house and needed replaced. If those items are fixed I would put this at 5 stars. Also we had a minivan and I would not get a car bigger than this for the garage parking. We would not find parking on the street.

Perfect location and perfect house

Close to everything, airport just minutes away. Walk to beach, Starbucks, parks, dining and entertainment. All appliances and plumbing is A especially laundry units. Loved our stay at this beautiful home.

Very nice home to stay in, I counted 87 steps from the bottom of the stairs to sand. Came stocked with most everything you need(ex: laundry/dish soap, spices, cleaning supplies, etc) this helps with the grocery bill (no need to start from scratch) saves a lot of money this way. Close to convenience store, places to eat, bars. Ralphs (main grocery store) is a short 5 minute drive. We were sad to leave

Location can’t be beat

We went for a staycation and had an amazing time. The location can’t be beat - steps to the beach, near markets, coffee, and restaurants. The parking was really handy and everything in the house was roomy and so comfortable. Perfect for a quick (or longer) getaway. Will definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

House was perfect just steps away from the beach. Nice that everyroom has a bathroom and the views from either balcony were great. Garage is tight, we had a Ford Explorer and a Toyota Highlander they fit fine. Bikes might be nice but place is so close to everything we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend to anyone. House is well stocked as everyone has said. The shower on the ground level was nice to wash sand off.

We went as a group of 5 (two couples plus my mom) and this house was really ideal for us. Check-in/check-out was clear & easy. The place had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. I love that each room has its own en suite & that each room was nice on its own so nobody felt slighted. The beds were super comfortable which isn’t usually the case in my experience. The kitchen was nice and well-appointed (although more kitchen towels would have been nice). Couches were comfy & we really enjoyed the deck. We made a nice steak dinner which we enjoyed outside with a view of the water. We also really enjoyed the nightly fireworks from sea world seen on the deck. Also really appreciate the laundry room, beach towels, beach chairs and other little touches they had for us. Garage was small & our big Arizona trucks wouldn’t fit but we always managed to find street parking.

Beautiful Home & Wonderful Location

We enjoyed our short 3 night stay at this home, as part of a larger California trip. It was plenty roomy for my husband and I and 3 young adult children. The 'kids' especially enjoyed just going out and walking down to the beach and Belmont Park or taking a short Uber ride down to Pacific Beach where there are many more restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather was on the cooler side so we didn't get to enjoy the beach like we had hoped. Also liked the easy drives to Old Towne, Little Italy and the Waterfront. Lastly Dylan was very prompt in responding to any questions we had.

Great place for a family vacation

Overall this is a great place. The view of the ocean was just as pictured. The beaches were amazing - clean and soft sand. The only rental car we could get that fit my family was a minivan and it barely fit into the garage. Other small vehicles should fit just find. The beds were clean and comfortable. The showers were good. The patio is a little worn down versus the pictures. But overall, would recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

We chose Mission Beach because of it's close proximity to so many attractions. Our family loves to surf, paddleboard, fish and bike ride. This house offers the bay on one side and the beach on the other. It's a short walk to restaurants, Belmont Park and an easy bike ride into Pacific Beach. The views from the house are incredible and access to the sand and ocean within 100 feet is optimal. This house is clean and well kept.
