Vacances à Quelques Minutes à Pied de la Plage

New terraced house of 80 m², in a very quiet location, a few minutes walk from the shops, and the beach.
Damgan is a family resort, close to Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan.
This holiday spot is ideal for fishing enthusiasts. You can also take advantage of the many coastal paths for your hikes or why not rest on the immense beaches!
The accommodation is composed of:

• On the ground floor:
- a living room with flat screen television, WiFi
- a kitchen equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, all overlooking the garden
- a small storeroom with washing machine and ironing facilities,

- And also, on the ground floor, you will find a shower room and a separate toilet

• As for the ground floor, it is the sleeping area where you will find:
- 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 140x190 and 1 bed of 160x190). New bedding
- There is also a shower room and a separate toilet

To be paid on site:
- deposit of 400 euros
- option possibility to rent bed linen for 15€ per bed (thick mattress with duvet)
- Cleaning option 70€ per stay (optional)
