Very pleasant stay in Neurenberg

The appartment is located close to the city center. Very easy drive to get there. The communication with Volker was excellent. The appartment was clean and has all the requirements you need during a visit to Neurenberg.

Great apartment with short walk to train station and old city.

The beds were comfy, shower was a good size for Europe, and the property manager was great. He met us there to show us how everything works, especially the washing machine since this was halfway through a long trip. It was warm but there were fans in each room.

Good location

This property is very close to the backside of the main train station as well as other pubic transport. Grocery store within a few minutes as well as bakeries. The host was patient as our trains were canceled and then late, but he met us and showed us the place and gave us suggestions on activities, etc

Die Lage zur Altstadt war Top.Mit dem Zustand der Wohnung konnten wir uns nicht anfreunden. Wir haben noch nie eine so runtergewohnte und unsaubere Wohnung kennengelernt. Sorry - Weiterempfehlung Fehlanzeige!!!

Schon bemerkenswert das fast immer die Gäste die ich früher in die Wohnung lasse als üblich sich nur beschweren. Solche Gäste sind für mich auch nicht empfehlenswert.

Super Lage, leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und durften die Wohnung auch bereits früher betreten. Vielen Dank schonmal hierfür. Die Lage zwischen Aufsetzplatz (U1 und Tram 5, 6, 10 und 11)) und dem Celtisplatz (Tram 5 und 11) war super. Der Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Rewe und dm waren auch nicht weit (an der U-Bahn-Station). Kapseln für die Kapselmaschine, Milch, Wasser und auch Filterkaffee wurden bereit gestellt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr abgewohnt. Gerade Küche und Sanitär bräuchten dringend mal eine Erneuerung. Sauber war alles aber.

für ein WE war es ok, die Wohnung benötigt einen neuen Anstrich und das Bad und WC müssten saniert werden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Check In war problemlos. Wir waren zufrieden, da wir keine hohen Ansprüche stellen.

Gut gewohnt auf unserem Zwischenstop nsch Österreich

Die Fewo war wie erwartet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Das Interieur versprüht ein wenig den Charme vergangener Jahre - was aber die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters und vor allem die Lage mehr als wettmachen: Wenige Schritte in die Innen- und Altstadt, ÖPNV in unmittelbarer Nähe, und ein netter Biergarten direkt nebenan.

Schöne Unterkunft in der Innenstadt Nürnbergs

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber und alles da was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich begrüßt, der Parkplatz war auch vor dem Haus reserviert. Kann man absolut weiterempfehlen.

Alles ok, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang durch den Einhaber. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Der Zahn der Zeit nagt jedoch sehr stark an der Wohnung, so dass man sich nicht vollständig wohl fühlen kann. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Nähe zum HBF, der U-Bahn sowie mehreren Läden ist gut. Zur Messe sind es nur wenige U-Bahn Stationen und zu Fuß erreicht man die Nürnberger Innenstadt in rund 10 Minuten.

Super Lage für Stadtbesichtigung

Lage in einer Nebenstraße. ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Bahnhof 10min zu Fuß. Nebenan netter Biergarten. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden für Selbstversorgung. Schlafzimmer ziemlich klein. Fenster 3-fach Verglasung, sperren wirkungsvoll Geräusche aus. Sehr zu empfehlen für Städtetrip. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Zentral gelegen

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Nebenan ein Lokal mit Biergarten. In der unmittelbaren Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß auch in ca. 15 Min erreichbar. Das ist absolut Top. Der Innenhof wo wir unser Auto parken durften, bzw. der Parkplatz der zur Wohnung gehört, war für uns nicht optimal. Zu eng & klein. Die Wohnung ist optimal für 2-3 Übernachtungen. Normale Einrichtung, teilweise etwas veraltet (Bad, WC) aber das Haus ist ja auch schon älter. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und nett. Dankeschön.

Nicht zu empfehlen und viel zu teuer dafür

Wohnung hatte wahrscheinlich einen Wasserschaden, Tapeten lösen sich, Laminat wölbt sich, Klotür geht nicht zu, weil Rahmen und Tür total verzogen. Ist für die Gegend und und den Zustand völlig überzogen. Würden diese nicht nochmal buchen.

Gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht weit vom Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof. Man kann den Bahnhof zu fuß super erreichen. Die Lage ist super! Man hat die grundlegenden Sachen zum Kochen (Töpfe, Pfanne, aber auch Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee). Alles super und hat super funktioniert.

Nice flat close to Nuremberg‘s old town

Lovely place, nicely eclectic. Well-equipped kitchen and enough space for four. A bit run-down, especially the bathroom. On ground floor & can be a bit loud with street noise and beer garden next door. 10 min walk into old town. Supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries etc in immediate vicinity. Super friendly owner!
