Welcome to your private stretch of bayfront serenity. Renovated and extended in 2026 this spacious waterfront cottage was designed for gathering, relaxing and soaking in unforgettable sunsets. Start your mornings on the covered wharf with coffee in hand and watch as pelicans glide across the water. Spend afternoons fishing off the dock or taking a refreshing dip in the bay. The shallow shoreline makes it especially enjoyable for children (under supervision of course!) Please note no diving.

In the evening gather for cocktails on the spacious screened porch or the open covered porch and take in the spectacular sunsets.

The property boasts 3 separate indoor seating areas in the main cottage so plenty of space for guests to enjoy different activities. The property has a wide selection of books and games, or you may just prefer to curl up with a good book on the daybed on the breezy screened porch

For those who enjoy cooking we have a new, fully equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances.

The cottage has a principal bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower The third bedroom has twin-beds, The hall bathroom has combined bath and shower.

The property also features a detached guest cottage with living room, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with combined bath and shower, a refrigerator and coffee maker. PLEASE NOTE THE 4TH BEDROOM AND 4TH BATHROOM ARE IN THE DETACHED GUEST COTTAGE.

This is a perfect retreat to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the bay and the stunning sunsets. It is just 15 minutes to all the amenities of Fairhope, one of the prettiest coastal towns in the South with unique stores, galleries and restaurants.

A short drive takes you to the beautiful Grand Hotel at Point Clear one of the oldest hotels in the South where you can enjoy afternoon tea or spend a day at the luxurious spa.

Bring your boat or jet ski and make use of the public boat launch just 500 yards away from the property.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that the 4th bedroom and 4th bathroom are in the detached guest cottage.

ONLY THE REGISTERED GUESTS (MAXIMUM 8) ALLOWED TO STAY ON THE PROPERTY. WE HAVE WONDERFUL NEIGHBORS AND ASK THAT OUR GUESTS RESPECT OUR QUIET PEACEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD.

Great Place!

The home was wonderful and the property manager so helpful. Convenient to restaurants and town, but quiet and peaceful. Clean, comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The sunsets over the bay were spectacular. Great neighbors too. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great relaxing stay. The cottege was homey and we especially enjoyed just sitting on the pier mornings snd evenings. Love the natural light in the living area and cozy sofas. Would definitely rent again.
