Warm weather, rest and relaxation awaits! Picture yourself relaxing on the screened lanai while you sip on your morning coffee, orange juice or favorite beverage.

Your days could consist of relaxing by the heated community pool or nestling your toes in the sandy beaches. You may enjoy entertaining your family, neighbors, or friends at the dining table. For quieter, cozier moments, grab your favorite snacks and spend movie night in the family room. At the close of each day, you'll sleep like baby on the adjustable split king beds.

Your home away from home, our 4th floor condo, located in the sought after Majestic Palms community with elevator is a quiet and secure, gated community offering a community swimming pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Take in all of the beautiful scenery in this meticulously landscaped community which offers walking paths, and is adjacent to a nature preserve.

Fully furnished, including ample linens, housewares, beach towels, beach chairs, a well-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Air conditioning, high-speed internet, premium cable.

***Booking must be requested at least 20 days prior to the stay along with the completed HOA and lease applications.

Condo was very spacious and quiet. Pool was very nice and being heated made it that much better. Plenty of kitchen items to make meals. All the beach items were a plus with the kids, made beach day easier. Condo is in great location to get to all the beaches.
