Prime Location!
This beautiful first-floor condo is in the gated community of Bellamar at Beachwalk and is within minutes of everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Bellamar has many amenities including a heated pool and spa, fitness center, clubhouse, community grills, and ponds with water features.
This fully furnished home has three bedrooms 1 with king bed, 1 with a queen bedand 1 with twin beds, two bathrooms (tub/shower), W/D, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, and a screened lanai with a private courtyard. Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel/Captiva Islands are within minutes of the condo, so pack up the beach towels, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and chairs (all supplied for our guests) and head to a beach day. Watch the geckos play while enjoying coffee and a book or evening cocktail on the screened-in lanai when you’re not at the beach or pool.
Restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away.
This is a monthly rental. Renters must complete an application form (per association policy) and a lease agreement.
