River view Cottage

You will feel like you are away from everything yet 5 -10 min to all conveniences, beaches, Portsmouth with incredible restaurants and riverfront shopping.
Open concept living room kitchen with a nice view of the river!
Good size dinning room that can also be used as office space. 1 full bath with tub.
3 French doors open out to a wrap around deck overlooking river with a gas fire pit.
Always a nice Breeze on one side and in back you can sit when it’s cool as it’s protected.
House sits on just over half an acre with large yard and nice woods just off the deck. Currently we have a resident deer and her two fawns that visit every other day!

Open concept and a delight to cook in fully outfitted kitchen. Ninja Blender, Instant Pot, Keurig, French Press.... 6 Place settings with cloth napkins.
Washer/ Dryer in full basement, Iron, Ironing board.
