Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including refrigerator with water and ice in door, dishwasher, center island with seating, microwave and gas stove. Half bath on main floor with full size washer and dryer. Living room with 50" internet-connected TV. Dining room with seating for 6. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: master with queen size mattress, one with a full size mattress, and one with a twin bed with trundle. Upstairs bath contains a large walk-in shower. Why they chose this property

This house is 160 years old and was built to house workers from a mill that used to be across the street. The mill burned down and in its place is now a beautiful riverfront park with a playground, a basketball court, a soccer field and walking paths.

It is centrally located between Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. Only 1/2 mile from an entrance to 395, either casino and beaches can be reached within minutes.
