The vibe is light and airy in this new and unique home in the Germantown area! Many restaurants of all kinds circle the area, which is just a few miles away from the downtown Nashville, including the Sounds Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, The Music City Center, etc. ($6-7 Uber ride to Broadway).

Right off of I65, which makes all of Nashville very accessible.

The first thing you notice is the gorgeous, bright hardwood floor located throughout the home. The large kitchen and living room layout make it great for entertaining! Not only will you enjoy what Nashville has to offer, but you will love your time in the home.
