Welcome to our bright and spacious 3BD/3.5BA home located in Corinthian Gardens gated community at the World Tennis Club. You will enjoy our newly remodeled kitchen, with Quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, floor to ceiling pantry, and new Stainless Steel appliances. Walk into this bright and inviting space with cathedral ceilings, bay windows, spectacular lake views, and upgraded bathrooms. Lots of room for family to visit, with two en-suites on the second floor, yet lots of privacy with the master bedroom on the main level. Watch sunrises over the lake every morning from your own enclosed lanai while sipping your first cup of coffee.

We are so excited to share our wonderful piece of paradise with you! We have been coming down to Naples for years, and each time we make more lasting memories. We have enjoyed making our home ready for guests, and we want to make sure that you enjoy their stay, feel at home, and long to come back! Even though we don't live in Naples full-time, we are only a phone call/text away...and we have a wonderful team of trusted locals ready to step in, if needed. We respect our guests space/privacy, however we are always available whenever needed.
Why they chose this property
We feel in love with this property, due to it's central location, beautiful lush grounds, bountiful amenities, and peaceful lake views! You truly feel as if you are in your own paradise and everyone in the WTC community is so friendly and welcoming! It's also a gated and safe community, with a management staff on sight. The Tennis is some of the best in the world, but not everyone here plays tennis...as there is also much more to offer, such as the beautiful pool, spa, saunas, exercise room, indoor/outdoor cafe, tennis pro-shop, beautiful walking paths, playground/basketball area....etc...You are only a few miles away from the soft, sugar-white sand beaches of Naples as well!
What makes this property unique
Our tranquil and private home has 3 separate master bedrooms/en-suites. It is such a treat to have a spacious master bedroom on the main floor and 2 additional masters/en-suites on the upper level, so guests can also have their own private space. The open living room, with cathedral ceilings is so bright and inviting! The icing on the cake is the new kitchen and the sunrises off the lake!
