From our ca 200 sqm villa you have a beautiful view of the Berkshire Lake with lighted water fountain.

The villa includes a florida typical open-plan living / dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Feel free to change television, DVD player and high-speed Internet. The double garage has direct access to the house. Washer and dryer are located in a separate room. Terrace and pool are right out of the Berkshire Lake.

The villa is located in the district of Berkshire Lakes, in one of the quietest and most spacious detached houses in Naples. The beach can be reached in about 15 minutes.

For emergencies there is a German-speaking contact on site.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist sehr gepflegt und da dieses Jahr alles frisch gestrichen wurde, sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles war tiptop sauber. Super ist der Blick über den See, in dem wir u.a. einen Otter beobachten konnten. Ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde von der netten Verwalterin Angela sofort unkompliziert gelöst. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am See

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus,sehr sauber und alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden.Der Pool hat eine angenehme Wassertemperatur.Der Ausblick ist der Hammer haben jeden Morgen Kaffee auf der Terrasse getrunken und die Aussicht in der Morgendämmerung genossen.Doch am Abend war auf diesem See ein Beleuchteter Springenbrunnen (Traumhaft).Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Great house.

We stayed at the villa for a week during March break to attend a family wedding. It is in a great neighbourhood and curb appeal. The master bedroom is vast with a king bed, great shower and tub and a huge walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the only thing missing was a BBQ brush (to put sauce on) so we bought one and left it there. I cooked several meals for a dozen people and there are adequate dishes and cookware. The back yard is where we spent most of our time. The pool was clean and warm, with lots of seating and loungers. The view of the lake with the fountain lit at night is wonderful. All of the furniture in the house is solid and in good condition. The beds are quite firm. Half of us liked that the other half did not. That is merely a preference thing, but if you require a soft mattress you may be a little uncomfortable. Management was easy to deal with. For the price, this house is a great value. There are absolutely no stairs so it was completely accessible for my 85 year old grandma when she joined us for dinners. It would be a great choice for young families or retirees. You do need a car to have comfortable vacation in this home.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben 3 richtig schöne Urlaubswochen in diesem Haus verbracht und das mit 6 Erwachsenen . Gar nicht immer so einfach. Aber alle haben sich wohlgefühlt und waren entspannt. Zu gegebener Zeit werden wir sicher wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen. Die Ansprechpartnerin für dieses Objekt ist auch immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles. Bis bald

Leider waren wir nicht zufrieden!

Das Haus bzw die Zimmer sind genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Leider war uns der Pool bei Anreise zu kalt und bis er aufgeheizt war dauerte es fast 9 Tage. Wir hatten Ameisen in der Küche die sehr nervig waren und das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer war ausgelegen und der Rahmen ausgeleihert. Nach Rücksprache mit der Hausverwaltung bzgl. der Ameisen geschah jedoch nichts. Wir waren schon oft in Naples und hatten uns auch schon einige Häuser gemietet aber hatten zum Glück nie solche Probleme. Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus nicht schön und werden es auch nicht mehr buchen.

Wir bedanken uns bei unseren Feriengästen für ihre Hinweise. Die Matratze im Master Bedroom wurde inzwischen ausgetauscht. Ameisen sind uns zwischenzeitlich im Haus nicht mehr aufgefallen. Für alle Fälle ist ein wirksames Ameisenspray im Haus vorhanden. Den Gästen war eine Pooltemperatur von 27 Grad Celsius zu kalt. Sie haben versucht, den Pool auf über 30 Grad Celsius hochzuheizen. Damit war die Poolheizung in der Tat überfordert. Der von uns angebotene Pool ist ein freiliegender Außenpool und kein Hot Tub."

Komfortables und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Hier haben wir uns von der ersten bis zu letzten Minute wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und so sauber, wie man es sich wünscht. Es bestand ein netter Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin, welche uns auch Tipps geben konnte. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, sofern weiterhin das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
