This updated and very comfy first floor condo features a large living and dining area with modern stainless appliances and furniture. A bonus is a small work station with a copier/printer and a shredder for your convenience. This property is well maintained and cared for with you, the guest, in mind. Almost everything you need is there and major retail stores for groceries, gas, adult beverages, and restaurants are 2 miles away. Disney and Universal within 15-20 minutes and most other attractions are less than 90 minutes including Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Tampa professional teams, and two beaches, Atlantic for surfing and the Gulf side for leisure. 5% off 7 days or longer. Additional discount for 28 days or more!

Spring Break 2025 Universal Studios

Great stay! Plenty of room for all 6 of us adults. 25 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando. Check in was easy and parking was good. Kitchen was great. Would stay here again.

We had a great time, the condo was clean and had everything we need/want. The clubhouse was awesome with the pool table and books to read and hangout. Definitely recommend this property.

We have travelled all over the world and we are fans of central Florida. We live in Arkansas and travel to Florida at least four to five times per year. Heath is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and has worked in the private and public sector in operations and engineering. Natalya is a Russian native and specializes in finance and accounting. We have children and truly enjoy the time we spend in Kissimmee at our property. We hope you will enjoy it, too. It is not just a property, it is our home. We treat it that way and hope you feel at home when you stay there and enjoy as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property was centrally located, had many of the features we desired and gave us the greatest amount of entertainment and travel flexibility without the worry of hurricane seasons or crowded beaches. We have the flexibility to travel to almost anywhere within a few minutes and usually less than one hour. If we want a change in scenery, it is within easy reach.

Within minutes of Disney, Universal and Sea World. Close drive to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, and other attractions.
Within an hour of either coast and the ocean, Gulf or Atlantic side.
