Relaxing LIVING IN A QUALITY SETTING LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE FOREST

The house is located in Lünne at Spellenberg between the Lünner Lake and Blue Lake and is within 15 minutes reach of the North Rhine-highway and still no noise.

Due to the forest location, it offers peace, relaxation and space in a high-quality ambience.

The kitchen is comfortably equipped, and the adjoining dining area seats 8 people. A spacious living area invites you to read and relax.

Two bedrooms are equipped with Fey box spring beds, TV and Internet connection. 1 large bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet. The further bathroom has a shower and toilet, and a separate guest toilet is available for the guests of the house.

In the HWR is a washing machine, dryer and steam ironing station.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
All rooms / beds / linens are maintained with a Verdict ozone generator

Due to the sun-oriented construction, all rooms are flooded with light, which contributes to deep relaxation and joy. The generous glazing gives you the feeling that you live in nature.

A large garden with more than 1500 m2 and glazed sun terrace for all rooms allows to enjoy the silence of the forest.

Opposite the house - at the Lünner lake - you can enjoy the large covered terrace at the animal world on the Lünner lake (swans and other plumage)

For beautiful bike tours there are 4 bikes, 2 of them
are e-bikes.

A covered barbecue area is also located in the garden.

Pets are not suitable to keep the carpets in the house odorless.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr gepflegten, großen Garten. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden: der Wintergarten mit Liegen und 2 Sitzecken, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem Komfort und große Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bädern. Die Bilder im Internet zeigen die tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns fast nur im Wintergarten aufgehalten und das Wohnzimmer kaum genutzt. Durch die großen, verschiebbaren Scheiben sitzt man direkt im Grünen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, durch das nicht-einsehbare Grundstück ist Privatsphäre garantiert.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Großartiger Aufenthalt in einer von Größe und Ausstattung her besonderen Unterkunft. Die zugehörige Gartenanlage hat Parkcharakter und eröffnet Zugänge zu zwei kleinen Seen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr offen und zugewandt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traum. Villa im Grünen

Das Haus ist ein Traum in weiß, großzügig, herrlicher Wintergarten, viel Platz und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilft, wenn es erforderlich ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Beautiful house, great area, lovely landlord

The House is Even more Beautiful Than the pictures. The garden is Very Pretty, big and well looked after. The landlord is Very helpfull and sweet. The area is Very Safe and Pretty. In the evenings you can Walk down the road and se the wild rabbits Play. There are many things you can se and do nearby. 50 minutes and you are in Monster. 30 minutes and you are in Holland. Many Beautiful smaller cities nearby, where you can shop, Eat, and enjoy german everyday living. Everybody is Very freindly and helpfull.
