The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash in container behind garage. If it's Sun take trash container to curb for trash pickup on Mon morn. If you're here on Mon & the trash is at curb, bring back to its place at rear of garage
Collect all towels and start laundry. Wash dishes that were used & put them away. Please turn off the A/C & replace the AC control to the unit. Set furnace thermostat to 60 degrees.
Please sign the guest book and text Daun to let me know that you’re leaving so I can inform the cleaners that they can begin cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are considered with Owner approval $100 pet fee will apply.

It's a beautiful property on 2 acres. The location is perfect to enjoy all that the Black Hills has to offer. It also holds 20+ years of memories for me, my family, and my friends. It's truly a special place and I can't wait to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

My property backs up to the Black Hills in a quiet neighborhood outside of Custer. The house has almost every amenity that you could desire. The deer come right up to the back door. The location is ideal for visiting Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, The Mickelson Trail, Rapid City, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc, etc, etc.
