New south-facing apartment in the Chalet Martin residence in the centre of Montalbert.
Gondola, ski slopes and shops are 150 metres away, 4 minutes walk.
Everything is close.
The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with toilets, a large terrace, a ski locker and covered parking.
Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso machine...
The 2 shower rooms are equipped with shower, sink and toilet
One bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
On the terrace, 1 garden table, 2 chairs and 4 relaxation armchairs.
1 closed parking in the basement and a ski locker complete the apartment.
