This is the perfect location for both: Attractive destinations in two countries to enjoy and 4 beautiful beaches are within 15 min. distance (see overview diagrams under pictures),

- The house is located on the golf course, next to the large pool of guarded community area (open May to September). It also includes a restaurant that is not open during winter time and otherwise closes to 12.00 pm.
- Split-level house with 140sqm of living space + 30sqm terrace above + 20 sqm covered terrace below. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open marble staircase as the connection of the 3 levels. That is why the house is not suitable for small children.
- The attraction is the upper terrace from which one has a great panoramic view of the golf course, the Guadiana and the Portuguese frontier. A special treat in the evening at sunset ...
- Enclosed plot of 800sqm, with its own entrance (remote controlled gate) and a nicely landscaped, regularly maintained garden. Parking for up to 3 cars and garden shed with 3 bikes available, as well as many beach / sports / play equipment and a large Weber kettle grill.
- Good features: real wood furniture oiled oak, leather sofa 3 + Leather relax chair, large flat screen TV, Sony Playstation3 (Blu Ray player), satellite TV, satellite internet. Air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room.
- Large bright kitchen with free standing fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker with ceramic hob and also a large microwave / grill combi boiler, food processor and raclette. Kitchen table with 4 chairs.
- For golfers: the club house is 2 minutes away with suitable offers..

Autumn sun & playing golf

Had a great time staying in Costa Esuri for 6 weeks with my wife. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, fabulous sunset views across the goldlf course towards Portugal. We used the pool more than we thought we would and the golf course was only 5 minutes walk away too. Nearby Ayamonte is a traditional Spanish town with good bars and restaurants and a trip to the nearest town in Portugal is only 10 minutes drive too.

We love the house!

The house was very good! everything is very clean and organized. Very good pool, very calm neighborhood, short distance for the beach and the centre. The kitchen is very well equipped. the only flaw for the 8 of us was that there were only 4 sunbeds at the pool, although there is a lawn for towels. Hakima, who’s the girl that give us the key and received us, was very kind, too.

Thank you Brigida. We always try to find the best compromise with the equipment. Up to now even large groups were satisfied with 4 sunloungers (there are 6 recline chairs nearby on the terrace). We will keep that in mind, maybe one or two more...

Spring Break Family Vacation

We had a fabulous stay at Ingo’s Costa Esuri House. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. As a family of five everyone had their own private space with plenty of seating in the common areas. As it was still early in the year, we were able to warm up the space as needed efficiently, and we even made use the of beautiful pool! Communication with Ingo as well as the property managers was easy and prompt. Everything was clean and in working condition and the location was perfect for our daily trips and excursions and located in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood. We can definitely recommend this rental place and are hoping to come back next year!

Wunderbare Villa, tolle Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt (3 Wochen) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist vor allem für größere Gruppen/ Familien mit erwachsenen Kindern sehr gut geeignet, weil es geräumig und gut geschnitten ist. Drei Bäder sind auch im Alltag einfach klasse. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und man merkt die Liebe zum Detail. Das Grundstück rund ums Haus ist nicht sehr groß, aber die Umgebung ist toll. In der Nähe sind phantastisch schöne Naturschutzgebiete zum Wandern, die Algarveküste haben wir gleich 2x bewandert und die Ausflüge nach Sevilla waren toll. Ayamonte hat eine nette kleine Innenstadt, schöner Fisch- und Gemüsemarkt und gute Restaurants. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand und kann durch wunderbare Dünenlandschaften Wandern. Mir hat die Lage des Hauses und damit die Vielfalt der Möglichkeiten wirklich gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und unserer housekeeperin war super, auch während unseres Aufenthalts wurden alle Fragen schnell und gut besntwortet. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!

Boa estadia. Casa com ótimas condições, espaços e utensílios. A piscina apanha sol praticamente o dia todo. Única coisa a apontar foi a presença do jardineiro e cuidador da piscina em 3 dias diferentes ao longo da estadia.

Casa fantástica

Adorámos a nossa estadia, casa grande, limpa, com todos os utensilios necessários, jardim envolvente bonito e bem cuidado, piscina muito boa, com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis. No exterior existe uma zona com mesa e cadeiras que permitiu que fizéssemos todas as refeições no exterior, o que foi muito agradável. O proprietário esteve sempre disponível para esclarecer as nossas dúvidas. Sem dúvida um sítio para voltar!

It is not surprising that it´s cold in a Spanish house at this time of the year, especially when not occupied before. Means in this case: it takes a while to heat everything up. For a short visit this can be perceived as a problem. Also it´s normal that you don´t want to use an unheated pool in Winter. It would have been possible though...

Trotz Corona ein perfekter Urlaub

Tolles Haus, schöner Pool,und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Kontakt zum Vermieter waren einfach nur gut ! Unser Rückflug z. B war um 19 Uhr, auf Frage, ob wir später als 10 Uhr auschecken können, wurde uns bis 16 Uhr erlaubt. Klasse !!! Auch die " Übernahme " des Hauses war gut organisiert, genau wie die Übergabe zum Urlaubsende. Wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt. Das gilt übrigens auch für unsere Freunde aus London. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub ! Mit freundlichem Gruß, Michael und Christiane aus D, Mike und Lorraine aus GB ... 👍

Valoración general

La relación calidad precio es correcta. Bien cuidado el exterior, piscina y jardines. No se puede decir lo mismo del mantenimiento interior. Necesita una revisión el frigorífico así como limpieza de filtros de equipos de aire acondicionado, desagüe de ducha, puerta de armario en habitación. Son pequeñas cosas que desmerecen con la casa y que si se dejan acabarán siendo caras averías. No obstante la estancia ha resultado totalmente satisfactoria

We are no Young Family anymore but the new vacation house has advantages for all. We all meet regularly in Spain, almost more often than in Germany...

Why they chose this property

A few year ago we had a vacation house in the Netherlands and have now searched for something further south. Spain / Portugal was always one of our preferred destinations. So, it was somewhat logical to look for a house in a region that connects Andalusia and Algarve.

What makes this property unique

The view from the upper terrasse really a highlight that convinced us. Even when stll a lot of work was to be done we often met there at sunset with a glass of wine to enjoy the atmosphere.
