Luxury 3 bedroom golf villa with south facing terrace, private pool and stunning uninterrupted views over the fairways of Castro Marim golf course and the Guadiana river, the natural border between Portugal and Spain. The villa offers a superb standard of self-catering accommodation in a peaceful, picturesque setting, with the clubhouse and restaurant only 3 minutes walk away. The villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in each; 2 on the ground floor and a large master suite with private balcony on the first floor. There is WiFi access throughout the villa. The main living area is spacious and airy and has a fully equipped modern kitchen leading to an open plan dining and lounge area. The lounge area opens to a shaded patio overlooking the pool, with dining table, chairs and a BBQ, perfect for al-fresco dining. The pool terrace has sunbeds and a shower. It also has a lockable gate to ensure that young children cannot gain unsupervised access to the pool. The Villa is the perfect location for a golf or family holiday. The golfers can enjoy the three 9 hole courses that can be played in combination while those looking for a more relaxed holiday can lounge by the private pool. The communal pool and childrens play area is perfect for families, allowing children to make friends and take part in kiddie club activities. A bus is provided to the beach where one can relax and enjoy miles of sandy beach and unspoilt views. The resort's own beach restaurant, O Pescador - which means The Fisherman - is a great place to enjoy some freshly caught fish, for which Portugal is famous. The bus also stops in Vila Real de San Antonio useful if you fancy a drink with lunch or just want to pop to the shops.

We had a wonderful family stay in the Algarve and couldn't have been happier with our choice. One of the things we appreciated most was the absolute peace and quiet of the location. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together away from the crowds and noise.The house itself was excellent. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quality of the accommodation truly stood out.The combination of a high-quality home and such a tranquil setting made our holiday especially memorable. We would highly recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the Algarve, and we would gladly return in the future.

This is a large and enjoyable villa. It is an easy drive to nearby towns for restaurants and sightseeing. The area is quiet and scenic. Next time I will plan to golf on the adjoining nice looking course.The kitchen is well equipped.

We had a super stay at this spacious villa, the weather wasn’t kind to us, but despite this we managed to play golf almost every day. It was an ideal location for our needs with the beach and woods for walking the dog just 13 mins away. Quick response to any queries , thanks for everything Tom .

Great !

The house is perfect for a family. We were 5 people, so 3 bedrooms wirh attached bathroom which is great. Kitchen is well equipped, pool is perfect, views are great. And the location is very good. Within 10 minutes to beach and some nice little villages and Spain around the corner.

Lovely villa

A great sized villa for 6 people. Lovely having an en-suite for each couple. Clean and tidy with a good range of kitchen equipment. We also made full use of the pool.

Lovely break

Stayed for a week in the villa. Well equipped with good space. Resort was great, quiet yet close to a couple of local towns if you have a car and if you are a golfer the facilities are also good. Food was excellent in the clubhouse

Castro Marim Golfe

Have stayed here previously and we love it for its tranquility. Visits to Faro, Tavira, Vila Real de Sant Antonio, Alcoutim are all within easy reach. Sant Antonio has all the shops you will need and the staff in the clubhouse are wonderful

Relaxing getaway

Another visit to Tom’s villa, relaxing as always. Glad my comment last year about the kettle has been taken on board, thanks Tom. Weather was great whilst we were there and made full use of the pool and gas BBQ.

Another fabulous stay

The villa is in a quiet location which we loved. A car is essential to get out and about. While we didn’t play golf, we utilised the on site facilities and the staff at the bar & reception were very friendly. The nearby town of Vila Real is a lovely town which has managed to avoid mass tourism so far! We found the area very reasonable too.Overall I would highly recommend this villa & location.

Pleasant stay at the Villa

Quiet place, well equipped villa, very well maintained place, pool area top, we really liked it. We only have two notes (apart from the grills being a little dirty but the owner warned us): the windows let in a lot of light in the morning and we couldn't find the 5th bathroom.

Everything ok

Our journey on Tom's house was pretty good. The house has a lot of space and is fully equiped. The pool and outside space is very good too. A place to return one day.
