Quietly located near the forest, two-storey wooden house invites with its spacious living and dining area, a high-quality, lovingly private Scandinavian-style solid wood furnishings and a sunny, furnished terrace for vacation with the whole family or with friends.

The house is equipped with an electric central heating and a fireplace, Wi-Fi and 2 kayaks for 2 persons inclusive,
The ground floor offers an open living and dining area with a cozy dining area and of course you can play at the dinner table also splendidly together. For evening together invites the chair and couch corner.
The living area has satellite TV, music system, a seating for 8 people. From the living room leads to a 22 sqm, furnished south-west terrace. Chairs with cushions, a large table, umbrella and charcoal barbecue. The dining area is possibly formed from an expandable dining table with bench and chairs for 8 people and two highchairs.
The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, blender, hand blender, etc. as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery for min. 10-12 people.
The bathroom on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, sink and washing machine are available.
Upstairs is a further shower room with WC and two further bedrooms. The sturdy, adjustable cribs and two wooden chairs are each housed on the ground and first floor.

This comfortable, great Swedish wooden house has four bedrooms for up to 8 adults and 2 small children. Like the other rooms, they are equipped with ample closet space and cabinets for your wardrobe and luggage.

The house has two kayaks for 2 persons each with boat trailer and accessories.

Wir hatten wieder einmal herrliche Urlaubstage mit viel Sonne und einer schönen Unterkunft. Hervorragend ist die Nutzung der Paddelboote, allerdings ist der Transport zum Wasser etwas abenteuerlich.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage innerhalb einer kleinen Ferienhaus-Siedlung. Schöner Zugang zum See nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und auf der Terrasse lässt sich es auch gut aushalten.

Das Haus befindet sich in einem Feriendorf in einer Ansammlung von ca. 25 Schwedenhäusern, also nicht alleinstehend. Der Blick auf den See wird leider durch einen Hügel verdeckt, wenn man diesen aber überquert und das Wetter mitspielt, kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes überwiegend mit Holz geheizt, was wir nur empfehlen können, da den Mieter sonst eine Nachzahlung für elektrisches Heizen erwarten kann. Der Platz war für uns ausreichend, aber mit acht Personen hätten wir uns schwer getan. Unschön für uns war die ein oder andere Konfrontation mit Spuren der vorherigen Gäste in Form von verschmutzten Fensterscheiben(von innen) und Kleidungsstücken. Auch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wirklich. Gäste müssen sich entweder sehr gut kennen oder sehr mögen. Wir können das Haus für eine Gruppe bis sechs Personen guten Gewissens empfehlen, wenn kein längerer Aufenthalt IM Haus geplant ist.

Gut aber ausbaufähig

Es gibt Positives und Negatives an Haus und Ausstattung: Das Haus ist ja ein Holzhaus und darum sehr hellhörig. Das heißt, man hört problemlos, wenn jemand über einem oder im Nebenraum nachts schnarcht. Auch die Ausstattung ist ausbaufähig, denn auch wenn es ein Haus für prinzipiell 8 Personen ist, reicht die Küchenausstattung nicht wirklich(wir waren nur 6). Eine einzelne (relativ kleine Pfanne) ist dann doch eher zuwenig, ebenso ist es schwierig mit dem Geschirr, das man permanent abwaschen muss, damit man genug hat. Töpfe könnte auch ein paar mehr da sein. Und wenn man schon einen Herd hat, sollten auch Topflappen da sein. Auch die "Grundausstattung" mit Seife an jedem Waschbecken und ausreichend Toilettenpapier für den Aufenthalt ist nicht da. Ich erwarte das eigentlich von einem Ferienhaus und das kostet nicht viel. Darum muss man quasi gleich was einkaufen fahren. Außerdem war der WLAN Router/ die Leitung tot, so daß man auf das Signal vom Nachbarhaus angewiesen ist. Der Hausverwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Platzangebot war ausreichend, auch wenn ich nicht glaube, daß am Küchentisch wirklich 8 Leute bequem sitzen können. Betten waren sehr bequem, wenngleich sie ziemlich geknarzt haben. Bad/Dusche war ok, auch wenn die obere Dusche nur was für kleine Leute dank Dachschräge ist. Was sehr schön war, ist die allgemeine Lage des Hauses, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Nachts ist es dort auch sehr dunkel, so daß man schön den Sternenhimmel bewundern kann.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Es hätte können etwas sauberer sein und die Küche für acht Mann ist leider zu klein. Sonst war alles gut.

Schön, aber bei dem Gesamtpreis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Das Haus ist freundlich rustikal eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind für vorgesehene 8 erwachsene Personen doch eher eng. Die Fliegengitter, vor allem in den oberen Räumen waren extrem dreckig, man traute sich kaum, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Alles in allem für zwei Nächte völlig ok. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft und lädt zu einem längeren Aufenthalt ein.
