Architecturally inspired by the centuries-old ruins found on its site it is built reusing some of the same stones, evoking a traditional Tinian character while offering modern amenities. The kitchen is well equipped and offers easy access to the stone dining table at the upper level of the veranda.

The living room has a wooden dining table for 8 and features a fireplace built of Tinian marble.

The veranda runs on two levels along the kitchen and living room, offering majestic views towards Syros island, Dilos islands, the Kionia settlement and over the ravine in front of the house.

Studio ( "Katoi")
This unique space retains the original layout of the 18th century house but now features a double bed recessed into the rocks, two single beds, a kitchenette, en suite bathroom,a private terrace and private entrance.

Plot of land
On the plot of land in front of the house there is a private small garden with lemon trees and other plant varieties. Guests are welcomed to pick lemons for their cooking.
