The apartment still has a balcony with comfortable beach chair, a lying back bedroom with second TV and floor to ceiling windows, a spacious bathroom with window and washing machine, a small storage room and a free parking space in his own yard.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage. Besser gehts kaum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben uns die gesamte Zeit sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zur Strandpromenade sind unschlagbar! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich, er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich würde die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kann für uns einen erneuten Besuch nicht ausschließen!

Alles wunderbar!

Wir haben sehr spontan zwei Tage vor Anreise gebucht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vom Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Lage, bis zur Ausstattung war alles tip top! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder nach Binz verschlägt:-)

Wir haben uns vom ersten bis letzten Moment in der FeWo außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Ausstatung, Lage, PKW-Stellplatz, Größe und Raumaufteilung sowie der direkte Kontakt zum Eigentümer des Objektes, Herrn Klitzsch, ließen keine Wünsche offen.

Vielen lieben Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt in unserer Ferienwohnung Feuerstein in der Villa Saxonia so gut gefallen hat. Für die Fahrräder unserer Gäste haben wir extra einen Keller, wo diese untergestellt werden können und im Hof einen Fahrradständer. Schade, dass wir zur Anreise nicht drüber gesprochen haben. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. H. Klitzsch hat uns sehr nett empfangen und stand uns zu jeder Zeit hilfreich zur Seite. Die Wohnung hat einfach alles, was man für einen schönen, gemütlichen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Eine schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung !

Diese tolle Ferienwohnung war für 6Tage meine Heimat. Sie hat mir sehr gut gefallen, einziger Kritikpunkt: Sie hat keinen Backofen .... Hätte ich die Beschreibung genauer gelesen, wäre mir das jedoch vorher schon aufgefallen!

Ich war mit meiner Mutti für 7 Tage dort. Es fehlte an nichts und der Herr Klitzsch war sehr freundlich. Das einzige was ich zu „bemängeln“ hätte: der Empfang des Fernsehgerätes lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig und die Vitrine im Wohnbereich wird „erschüttert“ wenn man vorbei geht. Das kann nervig sein. Ich kann aber einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. :-)

Die Wohnung verspricht das, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Hervorzuheben ist die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage mit Nähe zum Strand. Sauberkeit und guter Kontakt zum Vermieter haben einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht.

Super Ferienwohnung, beste Lage in Binz!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Klitzsch empfangen, die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft. Sauber und ordentlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und Restaurants und Geschäfte gleich um die Ecke. Unser Hund fühle sich auch pudelwohl, so das wir rundum einen super schönen Urlaub über Ostern in Binz hatten. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche steht ausreichend Geschirr zur Verfügung und eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen und ähnlichem ist auch vorhanden. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
