Are you planning a family holiday on Rügen? You’re welcome to bring your dog, too! In our cosy holiday apartment with a separate bedroom and south-facing balcony—right near the centre of Binz—you’ll feel completely at home!

In a warm and inviting atmosphere, you’ll find a bright living room with a dining area and open kitchen; the room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa for two people (2 m wide), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the Klünderberg and the Granitz.

The holiday rental also features a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a wardrobe, as well as a bright, natural-light bathroom with a shower. The hallway includes a coat rack and a built-in closet. All rooms open off the hallway, so there are no walk-through rooms.

You can relax wonderfully on the sunny balcony of the holiday apartment in Binz! Enjoy the warming rays of the sun and the fresh Baltic Sea air to the fullest. This is the kind of holiday atmosphere where you can unwind to your heart’s content. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the residential complex.

Free high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi or cable, blackout pleated blinds in the bedroom, and elegant Bangkirai wood flooring on the south-facing balcony provide additional comfort.

Designer vinyl planks have been installed in the living room and bedroom, while the rest of the apartment features tile flooring.

Note: The apartment’s floor area is approximately 46 m², similar to the apartments on the lower floors. Due to the cosy sloping ceilings, the official living area according to DIN is 38 m². The apartment is located in Building 2 of the residential complex.

A wonderfully relaxing holiday awaits you at the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” on Rügen! The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and generously laid out. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peaceful holiday atmosphere.

After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll find yourself on the shopping and strolling promenade. From the residential complex, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers the ultimate holiday experience!

The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active holidaymakers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all right nearby. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible playground right here in the Wohnpark.
