Take advantage of all the amenities that this updated Bridgewater condo located at Litchfield By the Sea Resort offers owners and guests. This ocean front condo is fully furnished and well equipped with all necessities included. The main bedroom is spacious with two Queen beds, and the main living area also offers two additional double beds as needed - a murphy bed and sofa couch. Breathtaking views of the ocean, garden and pool make the balcony a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. Add all the other wonderful features like easy access to the lazy river at the large outdoor pool and indoor pool for cooler days, and it's perfect for both summer and winter.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Concessions available in season. Cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and television are available to rent for full or half days. Room Charge or Credit Cards only. Indoor Pool is located inside of the Health Club along with a hot tub. Open 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Places to eat with in Litchfield by the Sea Include: Coastal Dish which offers a daily breakfast buffet, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill with happy hour, specialty drinks and small plates, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe and an onsite Starbucks. Also available is a Health and Wellness Center, Bike Rentals and seasonal Beach Chair Rentals. Getting Around: Within the gated community all resort amenities and beach are within short walking distance. A quick 5-10-minute drive outside the gate you will find plenty of local restaurants and shops. Guest Interaction: Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions. Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

The condo was comfortable but small. Could use some updates. Air conditioning was noisy. Bathtub didn't drain very well. Property is beautiful and well kept. Nice walking areas Very quiet and peaceful.

Great property and location

This was a GREAT property. The condo was clean and exactly as it was described. The property was amazing. The beach was just feet away and the we had lots of fun in the pool and hot tub. The sunrise was out of this world. I would recommend this condo and property without hesitation, and if I go back to the Myrtle Beach area I will choose it again.

Condo was in a great location; beach and pool with lazy river were what drew us here. Quiet and beautiful beach that is family and pet friendly. Condo had plenty of space and it was nicely decorated. We would have given a better rating but it needs both ac units serviced as they are very loud.

Floors need good cleaning

Location of property was great. Floors in condo were dirty. We could not walk on floors without getting our feet black. The rest of the condo was clean. We enjoyed our visit except for the dirty floors.

Love Litchfield By The Sea

The whole property was so nice, clean and welcoming. Amenities were great for a family vacation. Our instructions for checking in were confusing and the property owner wasn’t available by phone or chat at check in. After driving to wrong check in location they were able to steer us to right location as this was our first time staying at the property. We will give it another try as we enjoyed our time though.

Construction Zone!

If you enjoy the sounds of jackhammers, saws, chisels, and hammers this is the place for you! We were not told of major construction work taking place. The outside facilities were lovely but it was impossible to relax inside between 8 AM and 5 PM. However our host did graciously give us a discount once she found out this was taking place. Many owners were not aware the work had begun.
