Stay comfortably in this newly renovated condo. This awesome property features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom boasts 2 new queen beds. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, and access to a private beach, pool, lazy river, splash pad, and jacuzzi. Pet friendly with pet fee (I have a camera at door, so pls dont try to fool me). Steam cleaned after every pet guest. A perfect vacation for our family

Can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay here. Everything was close (shopping, Starbucks, beach, pool, etc.) our host was very communicative and just a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again for next year

First off.... before even getting there, Brenda already had tons of recommendations for us for restaurants and things to do, and free passes waiting on us for the state parks and gardens, which were one of the best things we did. I highly recommend deep seas fishing for Mahi and grouper or inland fishing for Redfish. The condo was really clean and Brenda had plenty of starter groceries and coffee waiting on us. We didn't go to the pool but the balcony overlooked the lazy river and pool. Great view. Also the beds felt like tempur-pedic. We stayed so busy vacationing that the condo was the best part of the end of each day. Pawleys Island is a new favorite for us. Get the She Crab soup when you go out to eat. Brenda is a great host. We'll rent from her again. I'd give 10 stars if I were able. Thanks Brenda.

My husband and I stayed at this property. We had an amazing time there. The property was very clean. We loved the pool and pond view. The location and the amenities were great.This was our first time ever in Pawleys Island and we loved it. We would love to come back.

Great amenities and location

This condo was the perfect location for us to take part in our family reunion. Brenda was very responsive and oh so kind upon our arrival. There are many amenities available for use in the complex, but nothing beats the amazing beach! Be aware that it is a good 10 minute walk to the beach from the condo, but there is a shuttle available.

Great place with a great beach

We had not stayed at Litchfield before but the beach here is fantastic and the Pawleys Island area has a warm welcoming feel. The condo was great. It was very clean, cozy and well maintained. It had extra touches like beach chairs and towels, coffee, extra supplies. The owner has been very responsive throughout the rental. We used the shuttle access to the beach one day but also drove our car to the beach club. The condo has a fantastic pool right outside. We would absolutely rent this condo again.

Had a awesome time, the condo is great, the only problem I had was that it says ocean front and it’s a 15 minute walk, or take shuttle every 30 minutes it leaves or rent golf cart.. Pool is very gorgeous and the lazy river i stayed in it mostly, and bartender at pool is awesome, didn’t mind at all for making virgin drinks..

Relaxing Litchfield Stay

We stayed at the condo property for a week in June. Host was wonderful, super helpful and responsive. Gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations. Condo was lovely with all kitchen essentials. Clean and welcoming for cooling down in the evenings. Very cool AC. Back porch overlooked the pool and a lake and most importantly had shade all day! Pool was perfect for kids. Beach was a 5 mini drive, so this is not ocean front as described in the title. Beach access was still easy and convenient, beach was beautiful. Perfect water temp and very swimmable. We had a great experience and were very happy with our stay!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had 3 people and used both beds and the pull out couch and we all slept comfortably. We cooked breakfast in the unit a few times and it was well stocked with all of the dinnerware, pans, and utensils. The balcony overlooks the pool/lazy river/hot tub and is super cute and cozy to relax on at night. The beach chairs and towels we very helpful to have for the beach and the elevators and luggage carts were also helpful for my senior mom since she struggles with stairs. The owner, Brenda, was very communicative and quick to respond anytime we needed anything which wasn't much...just some extra toilet paper and trash bags. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again.
