Located centrally between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs in The Villa De La Vista North, you will love the proximity to the theater, dining, shopping, retail, and much more. The property comes with a Golf Carts making getting around SUPER easy & FUN!
AND it is FULLY FURNISHED..
The Villages has to offer! Please let me know if you are interested in getting guest passes so I can submit the required form before your arrival (need your name, address, and DOB).
Paying $50 fee is guest’s responsibility.
You ill be around the corner from The Rio Grande Recreation Center family pool is a terrific place for the kids and grandkids to have fun in the pool. The center is also home to our well-manicured, grass lawn bowling site. The Chula Vista Club is a great place for adults to relax by the pool. If you're in the mood to play, you can choose from volleyball, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce and the popular game of pickleball. Golfers are close to two of our fine executive courses: Chula Vista, and the Mira Mesa course and many others.

We have a complementary Yamaha gas golf cart red color, though it is old and little slow, and you use it at your discretion.
Guests must fill the gas tank back up for golf cart.
