Minutes away from the Old Mill District and close to all of the best that Bend has to offer. A quick 30 minute drive puts you at the famous Mt. Bachelor, making this the perfect place for you to recharge and prepare for your outdoor adventures
We will check in periodically to ensure your stay is going smoothly and are available to answer any questions, but won't bombard you with messages!
*Phil’s Trail, a highly acclaimed mountain bike trail system are just a 30minute bike ride or a 14-minute drive away.
*Walk to the river, follow the canal trail west.
*The Old Mill District, Box Factory, and Food Carts are a convenient 5 minute drive or quickly access downtown Bend w/ a 10 minute UBER
*Haden Homes Amphitheater 1 mile away, easy 25 minute walk.
This is a growing neighborhood with possible construction nearby. We unfortunately won't be offering discounts at this time for any construction related noise we can't not control.

Hello, We're Steven, Heather & Sebastian. We welcome you to our home in Bend, Oregon.
Steven traveled on a road trip from New Jersey and fell in love with what Central Oregon had to offer. He made Bend his home in 2000, you would have found him mountain biking, working in a brewery or enjoying a pint with a friend.
Heather, the Oregon native grew up in Corvallis and still roots for the Beavers. She moved to Bend also in 2000, worked as a Chef at one of the local breweries and soon found Steven and the relationship blossomed. We bought our first house together in 2008, sold that house to buy this house in 2014, our Ponderosa House.
We got married in Mexico in 2012 and we now live in Portland with our son Sebastian.

Why they chose this property
Great for families! We love the location and feeling of home that our house offers. We have spent many mornings sipping coffee, planning our next adventure out in the backyard. I enjoy picking herbs in the garden and listening to the birds. You will be close to all that Bend has to offer, even mountain biking straight from the house down the street to the river trail system. You're close to the Old Mill for movies, shopping and dining. Short drive to Mount Bachelor, golf courses and breweries.
What makes this property unique
Our home is great gathering place for families and friends. We really focus on having a comfortable home with plenty of activities for some friendly competition in the game room, pool table and other offerings.
Bend holds a unique and wonderful beauty, 300+ days of sunshine a year! That makes for a great outdoor dream vacation. It may be snowing up on the mountain, but in town you'll find blue skies. Do you have a hard time deciding what adventure to go on? No problem! You can ski in the early morning, have lunch, then hit the links in the afternoon. They are plenty of shops around for rentals too, so no need to pack it all.
