This charming beach house is located on Little Gasparilla Island, a bridge-less barrier island. No stores, no restaurants, no bars, and no cars! It is the perfect place to relax and unplug!

Watch the beautiful island sunsets on the observation deck, grill and dine on the open air porch, or lounge in the hammock on the screened porch! It is just a few steps away from the beach. The only thing separating the cozy Florida heart pine interior from the ocean breezes are two sets of sliding doors, which lead out to a screened porch and sun deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The open floor concept with high ceilings give the home a very spacious and welcoming feel.

You will need to make an appointment with the water taxi, rent a boat, or bring your own boat. Bringing your own boat? The house has access to a community dock that is perfect for fishing or watching the beautiful sunrise over the Boca Grande Causeway. The dock has a 22ft. maximum and only allows 1 boat per household.

Accommodates: 4 guests maximum. No exceptions.

Beds: 2 kings or 1 king and 2 twins.

Bathrooms: walk-in showers in both. Newly renovated.

Amenities include: Wi-fi, Air-conditioning, Charcoal BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, satellite TV, DVD player, and a large variety of books. Community dock with electricity and water.

Extras: Outside Shower, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas.

No Smoking.

Pet policy: $100 per dog. No cats. Breed restrictions apply. Please state the dog breed when inquiring.

Holidays: $ 400-holiday fee applies to Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year`s, and New Year`s Eve.

You will park you car at Eldred`s Marina. Parking is $8 a day.

There are no cars on the island, but you can rent a golf cart. You will need to contact LGI Carts. Their contact information will be provided upon inquiry. A golf cart is not needed though because the island is wonderful place to explore on foot.

You must make an appointment with the water taxi, rent a boat, or bring your own boat. You can not drive to the island or bring your car. Your car will be parked at a marina, where you will either get on a water taxi or on a personal/ rented boat.
