This apartment has a master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom and a second bedroom with another queen bed. There is a full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer and a powder room. (Pack n play and highchair available upon request.) You will have everything you need at this unit!
Our amazing area boasts not just one, but two beautiful lakes and three rivers. This is a place to escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature and each other, and slow your roll down. We invite you to take an evening stroll down to our local square to enjoy a 5-star dinner at Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub. They have some of Arkansas best craft brews! Close the evening off with a glass of wine at Crush Studio. When you wake up tomorrow, we know you’ll need a pick me up after your fun night, so take a short walk to Cove Coffee for some gourmet coffee and baked goods!

We loved the flat. Very well appointed and modern. Loved the look and feel. Everything worked perfectly and owners were very responsive to any of our questions . Great location. Very short walk to coffee shop, bars, restaurants and local shops in downtown Mountain Home . Grocery store right across the street
This flat is amazing! It is super cozy, has all the amenities you need, it's clean, modern and beautiful! Our hosts were super friendly and accomodating and fast to answer all our queries. They even ran some supplies over when requested! It was also extremely convenient to have a grocery store literally across the street. I can't recommend this place enough. You have to stay here!
This is our second year in a row that we have stayed at this AMAZING flat! Everything about the rental is perfection! I cannot say enough about this place! It’s in the best location, we walked into town everyday! Such great establishments popping up in town! ( great brewery, THE BEST French bakery I have ever been too! .. just an FYI we walked there in the morning at 7:30 am and there was a line out the door! The cutest wine bar called Crush ( the owner was amazing and the wine was even better!) Looking forward to next year, no doubt it will be at The Flats 100%! The owners go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional.

To begin, our copied paperwork failed to give us the actual address. We were unable to reach the owner or management, after waiting on a cell phone for 45 minutes. We finally found the location, 30 minutes later, after driving the side streets around town several times. The location, was a metal building, across from the dock side of a older Grocery Store, three blocks off the square. We were not aware that we would have to climb an 8 foot metal stairway to get to the front door. We did not know that there was a unit next door with a common wall, until we arrived. Thin walls and 5-very young women & 2-mens kept us up until 3:30AM, partying the first night. The H.D.T.V. was only available when the owner's husband was not on "Netflix".

Hi Randy!
First and foremost, we are so sorry that you had a less than pleasant experience.
I will address each issue that you brought up.
The address to our unit is clearly listed on our VRBO app. We have never had someone not be able to find our building.
I also never received ANY messages (via the app, text, or voicemail). I always have my phone with me, and am readily available to any of our clients 24 hours a day.
You seemed to be complaining about where this was located? We clearly state that it is a “downtown” unit, next to a grocery store, which most of our clients love for convenience and ease.
It is also an all block and brick building, not metal as you stated. And you mentioned, it is 3 blocks from downtown. We never stated that it wasn’t. We simply said that it is within walking distance, which many of our customers have enjoyed doing.
As for the 8-foot metal stairway. This is not listed as a handicap accessible unit and have never had any issues with the 8 stairs that you have to climb. Once again, have never had a complaint.
As for the TV, we have YouTubeTV paid for all of our customers. They are all brand new smart TVs which enable you to sign in to your own Hulu/Netflix/prime accounts. We are not sure what you’re speaking of when you mention our husband’s Netflix account? Maybe a previous customer forgot to sign out, but it’s very easy to log out and resign in.
As for the noise level. Once again, we never received any communication from you about this problem or we would have dealt with this immediately. We don’t live there, so there was no way of us knowing that there was a problem. We deeply apologize for this. I would encourage you to communicate on future stays with the owners because, like ourselves, most owners would bend over backwards to address any issues that you bring to their attention.
As for your comment about the walls being thin…this couldn’t be farther from the truth. The shared common walls are all a double 2”x6” wall with two layers of insulation and four layers of 5/8” Sheetrock. We have gone above and beyond during construction but we can’t control noise levels any more than a hotel could with kids running down hallways, etc.
You are our first less than 5-star review on multiple platforms with 10 properties. We strive for excellence in all areas, which I hope is evident from the quality & cleanliness of our units as well as the extra treats, your favorite coffee, & chai tea for your wife.

We loved this loft! It was so clean and looked modern and industrial. It truly was a home away from home. We were in town for work and looked forward to going back to the loft each day and relax. There was a grocery store next to us to go get supplies. The local restaurants were delicious as well and close by. These hosts thought of EVERYTHING! We will be coming back this winter and are looking forward to booking this place again. We work for a nonprofit and try to keep costs down. Staying here was cheaper than 2 hotel rooms each night. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

Such a beautiful modern industrial "flat"! Location was key for us. We wanted close to downtown life. Being able to walk to the square for coffee, lunch, dinner, drinks, fun shopping was the true sell point for us. But I also was able to cook in the huge, perfectly arranged kitchen as well. It was a perfect stay.
The laughs in Mountainhome Arkansas I won of the nicest places I have stayed. The communication with Karla is excellent. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the stay is very comfortable. I can’t wait to come back.
The flats in Mountain home Arkansas is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The property is beautiful, clean and very well-maintained. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is coming to Mountain home.
