In the charming village of the famous Belon oysters, with lots of beautiful walks nearby. L'Adventice is a well-heated and maintained old house. It is a beautiful, charming and original house. The walls are made of granite, or hemp and lime, some have suffered from humidity. The house is lively, inhabited, except when you are there, and therefore full of objects. If you like new and sterilised houses, like the Ikea catalogue, you will not be happy with me. If you appreciate houses that have a soul, a history and shelves full of books, you will be happy. You will have access to the entire accommodation, including an unconverted 40m2 attic, which can be used as a dormitory, games room or other. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, i.e., a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, small garden.
