This single story spacious ranch home was built in 1976 3 Bedroom 2 Bath has all new furnishings and decor with guests in mind for a 30 day stay per the rules of Monterey County Law. This home can sleep 8 people comfortably. The new landscaping includes a Putting Green, Bocce Court, Turf and even a Game room Shed. Private Patio off Master Bedroom with a separate on suite bath. The front turf was made to run around or just relax if you want a separate area to get away.. Close to Del Monte Movies and shopping, as well as all the activities of the Monterey Penninsula including Cannery Row the Aquarium, Pebble Beach Golfing, Pacific Grove & Carmel Beaches. Just about anything you can think of including a drive to San Francisco, Moss Landing and Santa Cruz just to name a few places. Lots of extra's including 65" Brand new Samsung Smart TV, internet, Washer & Dryer Beach towels , bbq and lots of hours of fun.
