New elevated house with new hot spa, new optional golf cart with 2-3 mins to the beach or ICW, located at quiet culdesac with a public fishing dock several steps away on the canal to enjoy a beautiful sunrise & sunset; new bonus/game room with full bathroom downstairs with pool table, board games, screen-porch, office space, free internet, keyless entry, electrical car charging outlet but bring you own cable, smart TVs with streaming capabilities in each room and bonus/game room(use your own account). Bike, walk or drive to ocean (0.7-0.8 mils). Complimentary adult bike, wagon, chairs, beach toys; free parking, basketball hoop, and Golf cart (has to be 25 yo, sign the contract, add driver license and insurance and pay $60 a day charge for each booked day for duration of stay in order to use it. FREE Parking at the beach with our golf cart! No refund given due to operator error and/or issue is not addressed during stay or poor weather conditions.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with attached bathroom, 55 inches TV, arm chair. 2nd bedroom has queen bed, pack and play, convertible couch to bed great for toddlers (use an additional 2 inch mattress from trundle; an additional room has 2 bunk beds (twin over full bed per bedroom) and twin trundle to use. All beds have memory foam mattresses for sleeping comfort, TVs with abilities to get connected to your favorite service. New game room has couch, AC/heater, TV, and game tables(ping pong, ice hockey and pool tables.

Can text the owner any time; very responsive at reasonable times.

Quiet area of Oak island beach, close to the new bridge, walking, biking or driving to the beach, around 100 yards to a fishing dock, fall asleep with oak island tranquility(depending on a tide, most evenings can hear ocean waves like you are on the beach).

2-3 mins drive or ride a bike to the beach with a free parking, or walk (0.7 ml) through 1st street and then new bridge.
Public fishing dock at the end of the street, several steps away.
Kayak access on the next street (5th).

House has:

Large driveway that can easily park 3-4 cars. It is large enough to hold your personal boat.

One level living but requires stairs as our house is built on piles; some movement is normal.

Home access is by keypad, entry code will be given on your arrival day.
Other things to note:

Beaches do not have lifeguards.

Hurricane season is June 1 to November 1. This area does get hurricanes and the town may require mandatory evacuation. Bridges to Oak Island will close with winds sustained at 45 MPH or greater. The evacuation bridge 2 mins away.

Other things to note:
Our home has a professional pest control but can not 100% get rid of Palmetto bugs during summer. As with many coastal beach areas, Oak Island has black flies, mosquitos, snakes, Alligators, Deer, and sharks.

Minimum age is 25 years old to book, maximum 6 adults; maximum number of people 8

Only 1 dog allowed, small under 25 lb dogs no puppies. Guest must disclose to the owner/manager if bringing a dog; penalty up to $500 for not disclosing or violating these rules. Please bring own pet food, bed, cage is needed. No dogs on furniture. Successive barking is prohibited. Dog’s owner is responsible for any damages created by his dog. Dog must have immunization records and submit if necessary. $200 nonrefundable fees per dog. penalties applied if not following rules (minimum penalty $200 up to $500)
