Bedrooms & Baths: Very comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Roomy accommodations for up to 13 guests, with one of those being a convertible futon couch in the game room, with well-appointed bedrooms and modern bathrooms for ultimate comfort. Extra twin mattresses if needed.



Outdoor Oasis: A fenced-in backyard ensures privacy and is perfect for your furry family members – yes, we’re dog-friendly! Relax by the brand-new pool (opened in 2025) or enjoy the covered bar hangout area, complete with a ping pong table, corn hole and ladder ball for lively games.



Entertainment Galore: Unwind in the game room featuring a basketball arcade game, Xbox, and a classic Ms. Pac-Man game. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi everywhere, and enjoy Smart TVs in multiple rooms. If you prefer to stay off screens, the house is stocked with many games to play to unwind after a day outside.



Beach Gear Included: Simplify your packing with our complimentary beach umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and buggies to get all your gear to the beach, perfect for a sunny day by the ocean.



Chill by the Pool: Enjoy the large private backyard pool, with lots of lounge chairs, an umbrella, floats and a pool basketball hoop. The pool has a light, and along with backyard lights, you can keep the enjoyment going well into the evening.



Covered Porch: Relax with morning coffee or evening cocktails, with overhead fans to stay cool in this relaxing outdoor space with plenty of seating.



Need to get some work done while on vacation? Two of the bedrooms have desks for a quiet working environment, or take your laptop to the reading nook, living room porch or pool. High speed Wifi reaches everywhere on the property.



Ample Parking: Plenty of room for multiple vehicles, so bring the whole crew! 4 cars fit on the driveway and 4 cars fit on the side yard.



Dog-Friendly Amenities: We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. With plenty of space to roam and explore, your four-legged companion will feel right at home during your stay. Doors and gates throughout the property to keep them safe.



Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.

Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool. But Oak Island welcomes dogs on the beach (on-leash Mar 15-Oct 15, off-leash the rest of the year). Or just a few miles away on Caswell Beach the dogs can always run free before 9 am.



Rinse Off Quickly or Fully: Once back from the beach, hose off all feet and paws with the convenient sprayer, or use the large fully-enclosed outdoor shower, which has hot and cold water and a changing area.
