STUNNING VIEWS/REMODELED/9TH FLOOR CONDO at Bonita Beach & Tennis located across the street from beautiful Bonita Beach. 2 heated pools, views for miles from the screened lanai of Fishtrap Bay, Estero Bay, & Imperial River. King size bed, fully stocked kitchen, Great restaurants, short walk to Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jacks.
Tennis and Pickleball are not available at this time due to Hurricane Ian.

The condo was very clean and decorated very well. My only problem was the listing has a picture labeled as balcony with BB Rd and the beach as its view. So I figured this was facing the BB Rd. Well it doesnt. Its in the back and over looks the pool. The complex needs to get the pool hours posted so there is no confusion between guests and the security guards.

Excellent Property

This property was exactly what was shown, even better. Cozy, well decorated, and well stocked with anything you may need while there. The beach is right across the street, very short walk. Doc's Beach House is wonderful, fun place. The Fish House and Coconut Jack's restaurant, which is walkable have great food. The property felt very friendly and safe. Close to Naples for shopping. We loved Bonita Springs. Hope to go back!

Getting away from a Iowa Winter

The location is great, short drive to Ft Meyers beach and a 25 min drive to Maples… plenty of food options, felt very safe and secure!.

Great condo, great location.

Condo was updated, new furnishings, bed was perfect, and had everything you could want for a great stay. Balcony had a great view and again all new furniture. Loved the double glider. Great communication although we needed nothing once we arrived. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo, great location.

We had a great stay. Condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. We loved the lanai, the view and seating were great. The beach equipment, chairs, umbrella and wagon were great as we were right across from the beach! Highly recommend. Owner was great with communication. Would definitely come back!
