ROSE Vacances offers you this tastefully renovated and decorated house in the Bel Air district, two kilometres from the pedestrian streets of Les Sables d'Olonne.

This house can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind.

With its quiet, enclosed garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!

The accommodation comprises a large entrance hall leading to a living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table, armchairs and sofa, and a dining room with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (with beans), dishwasher, etc.
Separate WC.

On the night side, there is a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
A study leads to a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm), bedside cabinet and wardrobe. A second bed is possible with a 90 cm-wide bed.

There is also a fully-equipped bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin with storage unit, towel rail, hairdryer and washing machine.

The garden is ideally located at the back of the house, in a peaceful setting and is fully enclosed. Ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach or enjoying a barbecue on a warm summer's evening! Garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and gas barbecue are all available.

Finally, there is a garage accessible from the cul-de-sac behind the house, with two bicycles and a tumble dryer, where you can park a medium-sized car.
Street parking is free.
