Clean and beautiful little place. It had tons of board games for late nights. Would definitely stay again. You can walk to the beach area since it’s so close.
This house had ample space for all of us(7). Fantastic house, pool, game room multiple eating areas. With 7 people the large 3 full bathrooms were sufficient. When you arrive and see the front of the house it looks small, not the case at all. The house is huge!!! Plenty of hot water and the A/C will freeze you out. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the fall of this year. The location of the house is convenient to just about anywhere you plan on visiting. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, Walmart and gas stations are within 5 miles. We ate breakfast at a place called Mama's Kitchen, gigantic servings, great flavors and great service it is a must during your visit. We used the enormous pool and hot tub everyday. Was great to have access to the pool at anytime instead of at a hotel when the pool areas close at 10pm. I know this is kind of a long review but we really enjoyed our stay. One more thing communication was top notch and fast. I cannot say enough good things about this property.
My family and I stayed here for the Sandusky Ironman 70.3 event. The drive to the race location was only around 20 minutes and the property was on a great beach for the kids.

We loved it
We had a fantastic time stay here. The place was very cozy and comfortable for all of us, as well as our dog. Thanks for letting us bring her!
As described! We enjoyed the board games and amenities included. Beach was very close, as was local eats and entertainment. Host was very friendly. Parking was easy.
The house was cute and clean, we had issues with the thermostat, and the fan in one of the bedrooms was very loud. But otherwise it was great

Lovely home
We had a great long weekend at this property. The owner was wonderful to work with and available to answer any questions we had. We used all the appliances and they worked like a dream. It was clean and very homey, just what we were looking for! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!!
Everything was as described. A short walk to beach and the Sandbar. Felt private was in town for a party so just pretty much slept there. Tv only in living room just an FYI if you sleep with noise like me.
The Little House was very adequate for our one night stay. Cindy was very hospitable and pleasant. The house was clean.
As four single older adults, the bed situation was not ideal. The bottom bunk in the rack room is really not suitable for an adult.

Close to things, but a world away
My family just got back from 5 days of relaxation and this house was great! Cindy (the owner) was helpful, but not intrusive, and the house was cute and cozy. Everything was very clean and comfy and her cute beach decor was nice, too.
The house's location was super- 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute drive to Cedar Point, 50 min. drive to Cleveland. The two bedrooms worked well for our family of 4 (2 boys ages 13 & 16) and gave us a chance to spread out more than any hotel room could. We grilled out and enjoyed the fire pit and eating at the outside table. We would definitely recommend this house!
