A lot of space and rest between beach and nature

This family-friendly, spacious house between Sagard and Glowe on the peninsula Jasmund in the northeast of Rügen, on the edge of the national park. The house is located in a secluded location, surrounded by fields and meadows. Here are collected in autumn the cranes, from all the windows you can watch these impressive birds. The large Jasmund is 2 km away and the famous Baltic beach "Schaab" only 5 km. It can be easily reached by bicycle, bus or car. The plot is 2 500 square meters, here is raging on the big lawn, on the swings, the slide or in the sandbox to play. The sunny terraces facing south and west offer space to relax, just like the cozy beach chair (unfortunately only Easter to October). The plot is eingeheckt with ornamental shrubs and lockable. During the season, you may like to reap the fruits and berries. An old settlers house was rebuilt in 2003 with typical local building materials to a cozy cottage. Here you can spend with the extended family or meet up with friends by the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms holiday. The cottage sleeps up to 9 people + 1 infant. A bright, cozy living room with wooden floors, fireplace and sofa, large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen invites you to linger. This house is particularly suitable for those seeking relaxation who want to relax away from the bustle of the seaside resorts. However, numerous attractions for all tastes are within easy reach by bike, bus, train or car.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen und ein toller Garten mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder! Innen sehr viel Platz und 4 schöne Zimmer. Dank der abgeschiedenen und trotzdem gut mittig gelegen Lage alles auf Rügen gut zu erreichen. Gesamtbewertung sehr gut!!!Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Familie

Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse bei der Küche wäre nicht schlecht und ein Sonnenrollo. Im unteren Bad fehlt eine Ablage für die Dusch Utensilien. Ansonsten war alles Top.Waren mit 4 Personen angereist und Hund hatten reichlich Platz. Unser Hund fühlte sich wohl im Garten, war genug Auslauf da. Ruhe fernab der Seebäder. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit unserem Hund in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Nur eine Sache wäre wünschenswert - etwas Holz um den Kamin bereits am Anreisetag zu nutzen.

Absolute Empfehlung. Ruhige Lage, sauberes Haus, toller Garten. Für Kinder eine Rutsche, Schaukel und Buddelkasten. Küche super ausgestattet. Wir fanden es ganz toll das alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen war. Einkaufen auch mit Rad erreichbar. Mit Hund besonders wegen der Ruhe toll. Ab und an kommen mal Radler vorbei sonst ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die tolle vorabreise Unterhaltung und die Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe alles super.

Ferienhaus entsprach komplett der Beschreibung im Online-Portal. Die Küchen Einrichtungen ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Im unteren Schlafzimmer hat uns nur ein wenig gestört das die eine Bett Seite direkt an der Wand stand. Ansonsten war alles Top. Der Garten ist super und groß sodas unser Enkelkind auch gut Fußball spielen konnte. Man konnte auch auf dem Grundstück Rehe und Marderhunde beobachten. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen am Haus so konnte man sich immer die beste Seite aussuchen, Schatten oder Sonne. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber man hat es von dort aus nicht weit zu allen Ausflug Zielen, auch ideal mit dem Fahrrad. Der Ort Sagard ist nicht so doll, hat aber alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei Restaurants. Es wird im Ort an den Straßen gebaut weil die Infrastruktur noch unzureichend ist. Das stört aber keines Falls die Lage des Hauses. Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Haus und bedanken uns bei der Familie Elk.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Bei unserem 3. Besuch fühlt es sich wie nach Hause kommen an. Rundherum ein ideales Haus. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Gern für draußen ein größeren Tisch mit Stühlen bereitstellen, damit alle Gäste am Tisch sitzen können.

Wer Ruhe liebt, liebt diese Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war für den späten Sommer sehr angenehm. Bei dem schönen Grundstück und dem schönen Haus kann man gerne über den kleinen Weg zum Strand hinwegsehen. Ich spreche für mich und alle meine 6 Freunde, die dabei waren, dass es sich gelohnt hat und wir es sicherlich, wenn möglich, nochmal tun würden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Hanke ;)

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten in dem FeWo-Haus eine schöne Zeit. Der Kontakt und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen problemlos. Das Grundstück bietet viel Platz zum Verweilen, auch ideal für Kinder. Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt gut zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Schönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Einzig der Herd und Backofen sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der riesige Garten ist toll und das Grundstück wirklich komplett eingezäunt und Hundesicher 😉! An einem Tag waren die Gärtner da, was etwas einschränkend war. Ansonsten hätten wir eine tolle Zeit!

Einfach wunderschön!

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe mit 8 Personen in dem Haus gewesen. Alles war wie auf den Bildern, der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr groß. Alles war sauber und man hatte alles was man benötigt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Passt alles, außer ...

Das wichtigste vorweg: Die Vermieter sind toll! Eine sehr schnelle Kommunikation, sehr entgegenkommend - vielen Dank dafür! Leider mangelt es ein wenig an der Firma, die das Haus betreut ... Bis zur Abreise war die Hecke am Haus so gewuchert, dass wir den Weg nicht benutzen konnten und mussten auch bei Regen durch die nasse Wiese. Es waren keine Müllsäcke vor Ort. Da es in der Küche keine Müllbehälter gibt, was es immer etwas komplizierter machte. Zudem waren die falschen Zimmer vorbereitet, obwohl ich genaue Bitten im Formular angegeben hatte. Somit mussten wir nach acht Stunden Anreise noch Betten beziehen! Der Fernseher im 1. OG funktioniert leider gar nicht.
