Spacious, spotless 2BR/2BA condo in the heart of Aspen. Thoughtfully set up for comfort with room to relax, store gear, and settle in. The kitchen is well equipped with professional-grade cookware and utensils; bathroom amenities are provided; and there’s an entry area to hang and dry gear.
Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, a guest room with a twin-over-queen bunk, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Soft sheets, plush towels, and TVs in both the living room and king bedroom.
Prime location on S. Mill Street between the Hyatt and the St. Regis (one block up). With adequate snow, you can ski home from Lift 1A; the Gondola is two blocks away; and the Aspen bus stop is just down the hill towards town. Dining, shopping, and nightlife are close by yet the condo remains quiet for restful nights.
There is a designated parking space and a closet to store ski gear, unless you opt for gear storage at the base of the Gondola for a small fee. No personal owner items—just a clean, comfortable home base ideal for families and friends.

Perfect stay in beautiful Aspen

We have been coming to Aspen in the Summer for years now and decided to stay somewhere new this year. I am so glad we did. We stayed for 2.5 weeks and the place was perfection: quiet, close to town and incredibly well-stocked. The owner really thought of everything.

Amazing property and experience

Prisca works so hard to make sure she thinks ahead of every detail to make the stay wonderful. She is very communicative & helpful. Location is perfect... ski right to the front door and under 5 min walk to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great unit in the Aspen Core

The unit was very well appointed and the location to town and the mountain can't be beat. The wood burning fireplace offers a true colorado experience. Whether you want to go out to enjoy the Aspen nightlife or stay in to get an early start on skiing, this is the perfect unit for couples or a family. Wonderful experience overall.

Amazing Condo. Highly Recommended

As other reviews have stated, the condo was perfect for our group. A block from the bus station (and the Gondola) made easy access to all mtns. The kitchen was very well stocked (including coffee bean grinder!) towels and bedding were high end and plentiful. The owner responded quickly (within minutes) to questions :-))). Supplies were ample (not limited to one roll of tp, etc...). We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Super convenient, very quaint, good value

Location is superb relative to town, the St Regis and the mountain. Very quiet. It was super hot while we were there, but the apartment has nice cover from the sun since it is on the bottom floor with walkways above, and high sloped walls on the outside of the walkways in front and back. We did not use the hot tub but the area looked nice and other users thought it was great when we asked about it. Good for kids since the place is nice but not “too nice.” It was a very good value for the price and the owner was pleasant and helpful. Note: Go to the Recreation Center during the summer if you have kids.

Excellent location in Aspen

We enjoyed our spring break ski trip. Great room for two kids and a large master for the parents. In the center of town a block from the transportation center and a couple blocks from Apsen mountain. Less than 10 minutes walk to most places in town. Great trip!

Really enjoyed the location and hospitality!

Great location, walking distance to lifts. Place was clean and very well appointed. Host was very responsive. If you have more than one car, parking is challenging but we were able to find relatively inexpensive parking in a covered lot in town. Overall had a great experience - would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Aspen

I have spent time over 40 years visiting and living in Aspen and my wife and I really loved this condo. The location is right in the heart of town, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and Aspen mountain. The unit feels quite large for Aspen and had all the amenities we needed. It is a great choice of for couples or families.

Excellent stay in a cute and comfortable condo close to everything!

My sister, daughter and I spent a week in Prisca's well appointed condo. Just a short 3 min walk into town made for an excellent spring break, girls ski trip. The condo had all the necessities of a home included. We loved our stay and hope to stay here again. Everything was just perfect! Thank you again for being so accommodating and for allowing us to stay in your home.

Wonderful stay in Aspen!

We loved this condo. It was the perfect set up. Very clean and well organized. The owner has everything labeled which makes it very easy to find things. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. So are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There’s laundry detergent and dish detergent and paper towels. The TV has access to Netflix and Amazon prime so you can watch your own shows. The location is perfect. Very close to town, including the Ruby Park bus stop.

Beautifully equipped

This property is nicely located within walking distance to anything you will want to see or do. Private parking is a plus and the condo is well equipped with cookware and paper goods. Had a great time for two weeks in Aspen.

Fantastic rental

We stayed in the unit for almost 2 weeks. The location is fantastic as it is very close to Aspen Mtn and also to the downtown area. The condo was also extremely well stocked and the beds comfortable. We will be back.

Comfortable and well located

This condo is all one could ask for; comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well organized. We were two couples enjoying Aspen and the condo was well located, wifi worked, washer-dryer available. Everything local was easily within walking distance. Aspen has much to offer in the summer. The directions for 'check in' were clear and precise. The owner was easy to contact. Thanks!
