Treat yourself to a well deserved break in a maritime location and close proximity to the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. The Beach House offers 3 levels (93 m²) is a modern and luxurious furnishings and plenty of comfort for 4-5 people.

The living room can be equipped with couch and adjacent, open kitchen, cooked in delicious meals eaten and socialize around a large dining table. Two bedrooms are available to our guests for the night are available which are equipped with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, a fifth Person's lounge rooms. 2 Stock relate as a bedroom. Relax with a Jacuzzi or sauna.

On the ground floor terrace or on the roof terrace. 2 Floor you can enjoy wonderful evenings.

Die Strandnähe hat uns sehr gefallen! Die dichte Bebauung ist ein Nachteil. Zum Kontakt mit der Agentur geben wir 5 Sterne. Die Esszimmerstühle sind unbequem.

Sehr geschmackvoll

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen durften. Ein Edeka Markt gibt es direkt im Ostsee Resort. Das Ferienhaus hat eine E-Ladesäule. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub!

Nettes Ferienhaus :)

Besonders hat uns die Sauna und der Whirlpool gefallen. Der Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Tür. Außerdem ist der Strand nicht weit, was uns auch sehr gefallen hat.

Irreführung

Das Foto des Hauses erweckt den Eindruck, man habe das Haus direkt am Strand. Offensichtlich war es für mich nicht so, dass es ein baugleiches, ich nenne es mal "back house" mit Blick auf den Parklatz, und nicht auch nicht auf einen Jachthafen gibt ausser im 2. Stock um die Ecke, und schon gar nicht direkt am Strand. Als ich mich darüber beschwert habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es ja so in der Auftragsbestätigung stand. Was richtig ist. Manchmal sieht man nur, was man sehen will. Auf jeden Fall ist das Foto irreführend und sollte gelöscht werden

Interessanter und schöner Ort zum Erholen

Das Objekt bietet viele Möglichkeiten für die Erholung mit der Familie, Freunden oder, wenn man einfach allein seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte, für Regentage ist es möglich zu saunieren, ein heißes Bad im Whirlpool zu nehmen oder Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen, sollte man dies nicht wollen kann man in der voll ausgestatteten Küche kochen oder backen, aber einfach relaxen vor dem Fernseher mit Internetzugang geht auch. Zudem kann man auf den vielen Terrassen des Hausen die Aussicht genießen. Auf jeden Fall ist das Ferienobjekt sehr zu empfehlen.

Beim genauen hinsehen nicht sehr sauber

Die Internetbeschreibung passt sehr gut. Auf den ersten Blick soweit alles sauber. Auf den zweiten leider nicht. Wir mussten die Betten etwas verrutschen und mussten feststellen, das hinter den Betten schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt wurde. Das Geschirr war auch teilweise nicht sauber. Vor dem Haus haben wir diverse Schrauben und Nägel der letzten Handwerker gefunden, was natürlich mit Kindern nicht so schön ist. Objekt und Lage waren in Ordnung. Schön ist die direkte Lage am Strand.

Gut aber schon in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Obwohl das Objekt erst 5 Jahre alt ist, sind die Balkone schon stark verwittert, die Türen schließen schlecht bis gar nicht (verzogen), jeder hat von außen Einblick in die Sauna, der Allgemeinzustand ist aber in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist nordisch gut, manchmal etwas impraktikabel, mit Geschirr wird es bei einem 4-köpfigen Haushalt bereits nach einer Mahlzeit knapp ( Teller, Löffel, usw).

Top-Lage, Ferienhaus ingesamt sehr ansprechend, leider Whirlfunktion der Badewanne nicht nutzbar

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich nur einige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Aus dem Badezimmer und vom Balkon hat man schöne Aussicht aufs Meer bzw. die Schlei. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ansprechend inkl. Sauna und grosser Badewanne mit Whirlfunktion. Die Whirlfunktion konnten wir aufgrund verdreckter Zuflussrohre leider nicht nutzen, da sich unzählige schwarze Stückchen gelöst haben, die in die Wanne gespült wurden. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Aktuell wird auf dem Gelände an mehreren Orten gebaut, weshalb tagsüber etwas Baulärm zu hören ist. Wir können die Ferienwohnung aber weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp: Man sollte nicht vergessen Haushalts- und Klopapier sowie bei Bedarf Rechaudkerzen mitzunehmen.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und haben eigentlich nur zwei Anmerkungen. Auf der unteren Terrasse wäre ein Sonnenschirm toll gewesen. Auf der schönen Dachterrasse hätten wir uns über vier Sitzmöglichkeiten und/oder Liegestühle gefreut. Ansonsten ein tolles Haus! Erschrocken waren wir über den Ort, bzw. über das ganze Baugebiet. Sollen wirklich so viele Häuser dort entstehen? Für uns eine viel zu hohe Baudichte, auf Kosten der schönen Landschaft. Für kleinere Kinder finden wir das ganze Gebiet eher ungeeignet. Keine Fuß- oder Radwege, bei engen Straßen. Ein einziger und viel zu kleiner Spielplatz, der von den Kindern nicht alleine erreicht werden kann, da Radwege fehlen. Also tolles Haus, aber der Urlaubsort kommt für uns eher nicht wieder in Frage.
